Very cool. I picked up the scarab occult terminators for my thousands sons with the release. I will have to try out that gold. You were so right about the vallejo bright bronze.
Awesome tutorial, I have already basecoated my rubrics a long time ago, but your method is quite nice. I think I don't recommend people edge highlight with a drybrush of the gold such as GW recommends, it makes the whole process even more lengthy.
Really amazing how the model looks just after shading. And can you please make a video about how to paint the light turquoise/blue „Putrid Choir“ Death Guard scheme. Best regards from Germany.
Nice job, thx for this video ! I just start Thousand sons army and what about replacing the flesh shade by using agrax earth shade ? I'm french sorry if my english goes wrong!
Great painting tutorial! I've been following the method in the GW official video (painting the gold first, then doing the blue), but I think that's a lot harder to do, and I'm not sure if it's that much of a time-saver. If you mess up, which is inevitable when painting fine details around the gold trim swirls, you end up repainting the gold anyways.
Yeah. it's really I dilemma and it comes down to persona preference. both ways seem just as much work to me so pick your poison really. Thanks for the comment!
Great work. I really like your videos. Now I am painting the Black Legion on your guide. I really want to see how you paint Helbrute in the colors of the Black Legion or any other legions.
i say: Master painter! it's a mighty tutorial : easy and very efficient on the table^^ I prefer on a black undercoat because i want a darker rubric with the same blue but it works too. I have a little question : what do you use for the socle?
Consider painting the whole model gold, then filling in the blue. It's less cumbersome and tedious then trying to paint the fine lines of the gold trim by hand. Great video though and an awesome result!
Other than defy his father. He was given explicit instructions and then the specific consequences should he violate those instructions. I knew better than to defy my Dad and he's not even a God Emperor!
For someone new to the hobby, I want to thank you for every video you upload. Keep up the amazing work :D
You are amazing! Awesome painting and def im gonna use your method for my rubrics
Very helpful, especially because I didn’t know about sub assemblies when I got my rubrics
Yo that looks awesome im deff going to invest in the rubric marines now
you're skills are improving even further beyond! soon your brush will be a super saiyan! great tutorial sir!
You are a monster painting without words greetings from spain.
love the glowing eyes!
Awesome paint job, and great explanation of your process.
Really Love your Videos. I´m new at Warhammer 40k, but this Painting Tutorials are so helpful for me, keep going
Iiii
Great tutorial. You really simplified some of the steps and made painting the model easier.
Very cool. I picked up the scarab occult terminators for my thousands sons with the release. I will have to try out that gold. You were so right about the vallejo bright bronze.
Great video ! Thanks for all the painting tips.

Спасибо тебе большое, за видео. Рубрики - мой первый набор в Warhammer. И их я покрасил исключительно благодаря тебе ))
Very nice, but I picked a darker blue for my Thousand Sons. A base color in Regal Blue (or whatever it's called now) makes the gold more impressive.
I do love me some fine painted Thousand Sons. Great work mate.
I've waited for your comeback for so long
Looks fantastic! Along with the plague marine this has got to be one of your best tutorials so far. Great job!
Awesome, very good way to paint rubrics
Very well done Tutorial. Will look into it, when i will work on my TS. Big Thanks.
Jesus, this is so good that I legitimately want to just stop painting. I can't paint for shit lmao
what brushes do you use for all the fine detail? they seem incredible!
Best painter on YT
Amazing work as always, my friend! The model looks great and I love the new logo!
~ Wolfbrother Methos

Quite simply amazing.
This is beautiful. You did an awesome job, man.
Great job. Well done. Thanks for sharing.
Hit it with a like before I began watching, because I knew I could lol
Really amazing how the model looks just after shading. And can you please make a video about how to paint the light turquoise/blue „Putrid Choir“ Death Guard scheme. Best regards from Germany.
Phenomenal. Amazing stuff!
Thank you!
Nice logo
At 4:56 ide be happy with the way it looks there lol
Thank you
Also how does your blue look so bright?
It's the basing he used a grey instead of a black
@@benjezimo its also a special light grey, i use a darker shade of grey and the diffrence is basically day and night
Love your videos, but I have to ask: why not use the gem paints on the power pack gem?
Does this still work with the new reikland fleshshade formula?
How do you paint like the tight area in between the weapon and the model? Is that area generally just kind of ignored?
Did you do a thin coat of Ahriman Blue over the Thousand Sons Blue? My Thousand Sons Blue is far less teal than this.
Do u shade in between the yellow and blue on the headdress also?
Once again, epic video!
Is it possible to substitute all the paints with Vaelljo? And how would you substitute them all with? Thanks
I noticed that gw seems to spray the gold on 1st then paint the blue over. Is that a bad idea?
please do the malignant plaguecaster
amazing, thank you for the tutorial

No problem! You have great painting tutorials, I appreciate that you take the time to post these things.
My favorite one so far! How thin on the moot green? Thanks
I like your videos ! :) can you make a tutorial for Leman russ tank and heavy weapon team please ?
Nice! I’m new to painting and modeling and I’m asking myself: why do you put paint on your thumb before the model?
Yes-Yes late reply but: it's a way of thinning the paint slightly before putting it on the model.
He is soooo cool ♥
Wouldn't it make sense to cover the whole model in gold and then pick out the armour panels with blue, rather than armour first then trim.
No body paint it with sycorax bronze ?
Any advice for the nuln oil part? I'm having a hard time getting good layer color over the oil
Dude, with what do you base your models?
Great! I love it!
Great work. I really like your videos. Now I am painting the Black Legion on your guide. I really want to see how you paint Helbrute in the colors of the Black Legion or any other legions.
Can you Dona tutorial on ahriman?
epic ty

Did you paint this rubric fully assembled or with the gun arm off ? Thanks

Use GW gold paint. It works great, and is thin. Plus, look up Duncans painting video on TS. He goes gold first.
Retributor gold is the spray can I used. It is damn expensive, but worth it IMO
Advice was relevant. Your comment is not.
GREAT!
Better to fully assemble the model or painting the w/o the weapon and/or arms ?
is that intro music from cod mw2 ? xD
no. it's by Kevin Macleod at incompetech.com
They look like smurfs though
Can you paint a changeling
Already did, friend
TheApatheticFish oh cool, will definitely watch........
👌😁💚
Magnus did nothing wrong.
