The fact that you understand about the mustard and mayo on a fried baloney sandwich, tells me you truely understand your art

3 minute Thursday has turned into 5 minute Thursday 😆 But who cares! When you are spending time cooking on a Blackstone, every minute is serenity 😃

Haha... I used to follow Peter McKinnon a lot when he first started and he did a two minute Tuesday, but never went two minutes. I like that it wasn't punctual most times, but could very well be three mins.

Those look delicious. I grew up in the 60's and we had a lot of fried bologna sandwiches. A lot of my friends say they don't eat them anymore but I SURE DO. I'll definitely be adding that to my list to do.

Thanks for the childhood memories, had this when I was a kid, you can upgrade the bologna by buying a full roll from deli and smoke in in that Lonestar grillz smoker then slice to your desired thickness then make this sandwich 🥪

Truly a Southern staple. By the way, I add fresh-ground black pepper to the bologna while it's frying. You'd be surprised how good it is.⬆

I have to try this. I'm on my last bottle of dukes, and we don't go to the Nascar race til the July. I get Dukes in Pennsylvania, 8-9 jars, lasts me the year.

Good Groceries Hussey. Definitely a good sandwich 🥪. I would just add a little bacon even though Jacob would disagree with me. And I always like a little bit of spicy ingredients too. Great recipe Hussey. Have an awesome day.

I have always eaten baloney sandwiches. Those look tastee for sure.I like to slow smoke a chub, then slice, grill and make a sandwich.Fried is my second favorite.Cartwheels and Cackleberries.Wonder how many of your viewers would know what that means?Fried baloney with the slits cut in it so it does not curl and eggs.Back in the day it was cheap eats and you could stretch a dollar to feed a family.Where I live, baloney is certainly ly not cheap any longer.I an buy chicken and pork for less per pound!

Not many probably do bologna I'm sure, but it's becoming popular with smoking it and then frying it.
