You have states, up here in Canada we have provinces, and Dukes should be, up here, provincial law. Love Dukes. when we go to the Nascar race in Pennsylvania, we buy 8 jars and bring it home. Awesome sandwich, keep up the good work.

Great video!!! What does chopping up the egg whites do while it’s frying??
It cooks that area around the yolk so that it's cook through and not liquid when cutting into it.

For me I break the egg yokes and cook them over hard, but same concept. I'll have to do this one too.

add all the time thats been cut out. lots of jump cuts in between doing things while the time runs.
Haha.. Most of this was full run, maybe a few cuts on things that have to be done not really pertaining to the recipe, but most of the cuts are from A cam and B cam. Maybe Jacob can comment.
