Thanks! Appears to be working only on iOS devices right now which is a shame. But as i said, my tablet is almost 10 years old and works fine on there! Bet the value of the tablet is under 50$ right now so if you really like this setup, you can spend few bucks on older iPad and sorted. ☺️
In the beginning I thought you said you would connect your camera directly to you iPad. As if it were tethered to the iPad without the computer. The only way I now how to do that is with, Cam Ranger.
When you are connecting to your ipad?? are you using a usb C cable to your Ipad Pro or are you using a lightning cable to a NON -Pro Ipad? I have a new Ipad (NOT pro) that connects with a lightening cable from my SONY A7iv USBC camera and cannot tether. Trying to see if I MUST have an Ipad Pro with USB C connections or not. I am sure there is, either with your built in wifi or a wifi card but you’ll need to look at tutorial for that on some other channel as i am only using the way I showed in the video.

Never actually tried live view while tethering. Never needed, as when live view, I prefer big screen of my monitor rather than small tablet.
If I have Lightroom instead of Capture, will that work, or is this only available with Capture One?
I don’t think Lightroom offers this option, but I am not 100% sure. Google it and you’ll see x
