Great cable management overall. I recommend getting cable sleeves and pack the cables into them behind or directly under (strapped to the top of the bottom) of the desk. This will make it even more clean!

For everyone looking at the razor edge, you can just use the razer kishi (which is the controller portion) and an old android phone (most from 2-3 generations ago are still pretty powerful, I use a OnePlus 7T and it's fine). The Anker 747 got added to my mobile tech setup last year; it's really awesome especially since I travel with 2 laptops (work and personal) and a steam deck
The Artisan mousepads are back in stock btw! And with new improved durability. I remember you talked about how you couldn't get them anymore, in the last desk tour.
Yeah and honestly I see why he uses it. I want to buy something to hold my headphones and seeing this simple clamp that sets the headphones aside - saving you space - makes all the other products look over-engineered!
I like that MKBHD doesn't use the new stuff all the time right when it comes out in his personal life just for the sake of being rich and being able to do so. He's reasonable with what he uses and doesn't replace things that don't need to be replaced yet. Respect.
Had you seen his old videos he made of his Walmart procured HP laptop when he was barely a pre-teen, you'd understand his humility. I cried watching this cute kid take such pride and delight in his meager hardware. It was more than enough to begin his journey as a tech reviewer. He detailed the function of all the cheap plastic doodads, knobs and buttons. Some had questionable utility while others were merely value-added consumer gimmickry. He would have been unfazed had he been aware of the state-of-the-art tech other reviewers had at their disposal. He happily persevered as the years passed by, turning himself into an astoundingly successful tech reviewer. America would love to hold him up as a quintessential rag to riches story to feed it false narrative of the American dream. I hope he doesn't take the bait.
Hi Marques, would you not consider using just a USB C to Lightning adapter for charging the AirPods Max, instead of a cable? Just a thought, as I know they can be lost easily and may not charge at the full rate, but if you picked up a pack of them and had a couple in the bag and at home and in the studio, you would have them wherever you are.
love the deck setup! big fan from the Cayman Islands! i don't normally comment much but just one recommendation so you don't lose any harddrives in your NAS. suggesting moving them as much as possible from your speakers. magnets in speakers and magnetic drives don't go well together unfortunately.

I use a bank deposit bag for my on-the-go cable and wire management. The flat design keeps my wires coiled neatly, and it's quick and easy to pull in and out of my bag and sort throughwhen I need to plug in on-the-go. Ironically enough I keep that bag in the same compartment of my Peak Design bag that Marques does
The depth of my desk I'm convinced is the cause of all my organizational issues. I've had wide desks, I have an L-desk now, but one with good depth to really have more space between my monitor and keyboard would make such a big difference
Shoutout to the Logitech MX Master mouse. MX 2 and MX 3 are excellent, MX 3 has quieter clicks and scroll wheel but same ergonomics as the MX 2. If anyone is in the market for an MX 3, look at MX 2s as well. There’s a good chance you can get them at half price.
Seeing this made me think that maybe it’s time to upgrade my desk from “the old bed I used when I was a little kid” into AN ACTUAL DESK 😂🥲 Another great video man, thanks for keeping us up to date. 💯
