    All three of these dudes are just so likable. Awesome stuff. I love how Marques didn't just sit on his success and get complacent while others passed him by. He doubled and tripled down on his passion and made all the right moves to stay relevant and on top. Deserves every bit of success he's had and more.

    The whole studio is sick, but those sound treatments are way more important then people think, and sometimes even just a decent blanket hanging around from somewhere can help cancel the noise a lot. Thanks for showing us this, way cool!

    a true inspiration!I it was tech creators like Marques who were some of the first creators to leaving their bedrooms and create awesome studios spaces to level up their UA-cam production. When I was filming out of my tiny 50 square foot kitchen in Brooklyn, MKBDH defiantly provided some inspiration to get a proper studio space. Keep crushing it!

    I have so much respect for how Marques has turned his UA-cam channel into more of a media production company without loosing the personal youtubeer-feel. And I find myself drooling over the production quality of this channel. All of the professionel gear. I think a lot of people, like myself, see it as a dream job to work for Marques. MKBHD has become a brand in the tech industry and I find it so refreshing to see how they've made a succesful business out of primarily being a UA-cam channel - something boomers wouldn't understand just a few years ago and still don't. It's easy to predict jobs we might loose to robots but it's difficult to imagine jobs that does not exist yet. Because they do not exist YET. Marques and his team deserve all the praise they get for being so succesful and simultaneously being one of the least drama oriented channels on this platform. They make brilliant content about tech.

    • @BariumCobaltNitrog3n
      @BariumCobaltNitrog3n 2 роки тому +6

      It's not that boomers don't understand UA-camrs, we just don't care. The real world has a lot more value and attraction than staring at a screen all day, watching 10 minute tidbits of fluffy entertainment designed to waste your time. I don't see working for someone else who talks about the latest disposable phone as a dream job. Marques does seem like a genuinely nice, productive and creative individual though. Wouldn't you rather BE him than work for him? Start your own channel.

    Anytime MKBHD says ANYTHING, that sounds to me like he is reviewing something. In the beginning when he spoke about Mac the dog and ended that part by saying "he does a great job but mostly chills on his bed, which is great"... He just quickly reviewed that dog right there 🤣🤣

    30k a month? There’s no doubt in my mind that they make an absolute killing profit wise; and I assume having that deducted from taxes is a bonus but I just always wonder why not purchase your own building at that high of rent.

      Well like he said he’s going to outgrow it. Wouldn’t be worth the 10s of millions if he’s just going to move out in a few years

      The only reason you would purchase a Business building is if you’re planning to operate there for 2 decades or more. Or if it will be easy to rent it out when you’re not using it. Renting is a risk mitigation strategy, because unlike a house which is easy to sell at anytime. Warehouses and office buildings are not easy to sell. And because of the low demand and locations, some of them don’t appreciate in value at all.

      @wouterg 2 роки тому +42

      @@MosesMatsepane adding to that, owning your own studio is a lot more work than renting one. Things like security, electricity, reception etc are all being provided so you can focus on your core business

      When things or world moving quickly its good idea to rent out instead of buying as you can always go for best requirements. Imagine if he bought one house he will end up upgrading that like Arun does from MrWhosTheBoss.

    Thanks for the information. learning and growing is the only way we can hone our skills and build ourselves. Most interesting thing is that the rich gets Richer because the poor thinks that every opportunity is a scam especially investment like bitcoin, dogecoin, safemoon, gold, silver, crude oil, ethereum, litecoin, bitcoin cash, cardano, polkadot, stellar, chainlink, binance coin,
    (BNB) etc. Investing is the surest way to financial freedom.
