Skill issue. Use manual mode
U don't need an iPhone or a Dslr ,shoot with your phone in manual start with minimum ISO as possible and then make sure your shutter speed is double your frame rate ( try using 24 fps and 1/50th shutter )
Then keep distance from subject and background ,try to keep the subject near to your phone's camera ,and make sure your subject is well lit
