My blood pressure was high, after listening to this meditation, my blood pressure went way down. Hope it is not going back up. Thank you!
i like it! the meditation is a good length in my opinion, it's varied and detailed enough to not get distracted too much and there is no annoying music in the background or distracting stories in between.

I really love this meditation. Your voice is very soothing to me, sort of authoritative and calm. It has been the best practice for meditation that I could get. I have RA and as we go from point to point, I release the pain and inflammation consciously. Thank you xx

I liked her voice and pace. Most of these I end up asleep. This one was invigorating and made me so much more conscious of my body and how it integrated with my spirit. Very relaxing and invigorating at the same time And, please, no funky music. It is so distracting. I'm not trying to pretennd I'm on another planet. Thank you for this. How do I get more of you?

Great video! BUT does NOT end with the bell she says is going to be there. I ran late for my day after thinking it was going to come and lying there for too long. That part was not profitable.

Nice meditation. Thank you. But i am wondering Why all the meditation are donr on a "you" message? I would believe it would make a better inner connection in a "I " saying. Think about that we need to focus on the "I experience..." this and that. Thank you

What the heck was this?! Rushed through the body, attention here, here, here, back, go there, there, there. This was mechanical and had nothing to do with bodyscan or with meditation. Cannot recommend!
Interesting and novel
Voice quality is shite, lasted 5 seconds
This voice is not relaxing to me but rather demanding. Maybe it is the pitch and tone.
The old one was better
Too fast and annoying, not calming voice
It's ghetto black voice
Pace was too fast I did not like it
Too loud. To rough. This should be calming and your way to loud and not calming
