Love my watermelon Super Sea Wolf. The bright colors is what first attracted me to the watch and it gets a lot of attention. Great for summertime casual. And, I purchased from Exquisite Timepiece. Highly recommend.

I think the use of black on the Zodiac watermelon is what makes that colour pop and really such a beautiful watch, one of my favorite divers.

Hey Guy! I have been looking at the more traditional dial Zodiac and do like a lot about them. Thanks for the review.
I didn’t know a lot about them. The brand, who I was aware of but never looked at closely, really only hit my radar when I was introduced to these. But I’m going to definitely check out more of them in the near future. They do have a few dial options I really like. The store just didn’t have any of those in stock when I picked these to do a video.

Really like the Orange one for a "summer watch", but can't get over the size. Like your take on it though, we have similar wrist sizes and you are right, it doesn't look oversized. Thanks!
It wears pretty well for me. And generally watches in this size range are a hair oversized but this one works better than most for some reason.
I'm going to pull the trigger on a SSW 53 Skin very soon. I can't decide if I want the black lumed bezel or the all stainless bezel. Great review as always !!

A well specified watch that for some reason is made to look a lot cheaper than it costs. I'm also not sure why a 300m diver's watch would have a butterfly clasp? Thanks for the review however
That orange bezel version looks very cool. The watermelon is a bit much for me personally.

Great video. However, I don't feel that you can review the design without referencing it to the vintage predecessors, the original Sea Wolf series. This is what Zodiac is doing so excellently, reinterpreting their heritage from the iconic Sea Wolf series launched as far back as 1953. The reference in these two models is clearly some of the 70'ies models that are sought after collectors items today. The technical ambition is also respectful of their origin as Zodiac in its heyday was a midsize high quality brand that could have (but was never to the best of my knowledge) been labelled "affordable luxury" due to their commitment to quality and their pricing policy.

I think if orange wasnt fully lumed but white dial would be better.Seems strange with the indexes in other colour too

i have their 53 skin diver. the lume is ok
I found the lume to be pretty good on these ones. Not crazy Seiko bright, but better than many others, like my Hamilton.

lol when you say "watchmaker" you must mean someone who orders some watches from china!
I wouldn’t be surprised if some parts are made in Asia but they are made/assembled in Switzerland (unless they’re lying).
You obviously know very little about Zodiac to say something so fucking stupid.
@@JustBlueFish I believe they are truthful. The regulations that allow you to label a watch "Swiss Made" are pretty strict. Parts can come from anywhere obviously, but assembly should be a very Swiss thing with Zodiac.
