- The plaintiff says she tried to build a relationship with the defendant, who is her cousin, but she says everyone in her family is “fake.” She and the defendant had a falling out, and she’s suing her for an unpaid loan. The defendant says her cousin brings nothing but drama and she was once on house arrest for cutting someone. She’s countersuing for defamation.
