This was at a time when there were 12-15 soap operas on the air and the Luke and Laura phenomenon was sweeping the nation. Elizabeth Taylor wasn't the only royalty that was a fan: A real royal, the late Princess Diana was a fan. Soaps sure were good back in the day.
I think I'm the only Gen Z'er who watches this show. I would have loved to see Elizabeth Taylor reprise the role of Helena. Although the current actress is significantly scarier and more intimidating.

This was 1981. It wasn’t until she released her first fragrance that she actually got rich again. and that was 1987.
