10:45 to answer this question, as it bothered me for a long time as well, you can snap your rotation to an angle by holding SHIFT+ALT as you rotate. So basically, rotate just as you usually would, but hold down SHIFT in addition to the usual ALT+Left Click.

I'm most likely going to need to make some smart materials to use the same texture properties on different 3d models. Hope i find such a video among yours. You have a clear voice and everything is well made, and that is very important to me.

While Bake Mesh Maps process (shown at the beginning of the tutorial) ambient occlusion is showing an error and not getting baked. Kindly help regarding the same.

their is no obj file. there is only ma extension when downloaded from your website, sad i dont use maya.
To snap the 2d or 3d view press Shift while rotating.

Yes you can! Substance Painter provides free licenses for students. You have to use a school email and ID confirmation. Have fun!
Bear in mind they also provide a monthly rental license for under US$20/month. It's called Substance Indie or something like that.
