    Cream cheese 400g|3,1/3cup
    Sugar 115g|1/2cup
    Whole egg 3 | 160g+-
    Heavy cream 200ml
    Lemon juice 2tsp
    Vanilla extract 1tsp
    Cornstarch 15g|1.5Tbsp

    I made this today and we devoured it. I made it in a 20 cm form and it was somewhat flatter, but that didn't hurt it. It's so quick and easy and so delicious! Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

    Even simpler:
    250 gr heavy cream
    500 gr cream cheese (you can substitute a part like 100 gr with a stronger cream cheese. Be careful with goat cheese)
    200 gr sugar
    4 eggs
    Mix all together well, do the same with the parchment paper but wettiing it first. Put it in the oven 210 °C heat up and down, no air, place it on the lower part, for 40 - 50 minutes. Take it out and let it cool down (the center is a little bit liquid). If you eat it on the next day it is even better.

      @@my.kookin.channel333 Yes, it is done, it has a lot of eggs and cream. You have to let it cool down and then you can put it in the fridge it will be firmer then. I like it better cold. This is a recipe from a restaurant and they have been doing it for more than 30 years, I guess it's safe.
      I forgot to add: 1 spoon of flour

      @@my.kookin.channel333 It's easy and fast. It tastes better if you substitute some cream cheese with a more flavourful cheese of your taste. I like it with cured cheese cream (the ones to spread on bread) or goat cheese cream (be careful with this one, because its taste is overwhelming, add it little by little to see)

      Just Egg has an egg substitute that works in many baking contexts, might work for this.
      But then again there's also no-bake cheesecake, which is... probably easier than this one anyway, and is eggless.
