- Sadhu Sundar Singh was an Indian Christian missionary who preached widely in the early 1900s.
The quote in this video is from his book "Visions of the Spiritual World" p. 216 and 217.

I totally agree with his Christian universalism, not only because it fits scripture best but eternal conscious torment even for one sinner is inconceivable for our God whose love wins over all and restores all to Himself.
God bless him
He seems to have been an inspirational man
Praise the Lord
All Glory to God Amen 🙏

I’ve not studied his works, though, of what I’ve read l am a bit surprised of him to be a universalist. Maybe l missed something in what l had of only one book.
I have a song I’ve video recorded, which is the most listened to video on my channel.
It is titled ‘The Maharishi and Sundar Singh’.
I think it is mostly heard in India.
From what I have read, he did not believe in universal salvation at first. He seems to have slowly progressed in that direction, finally coming to believe in universalism sometime in the last quarter of his life.
Yes, that is how l understand it.
I’ve only recently looked into universalism views. Timely.
I read somewhere that Sundar Singh came across Emmanuel Swedenborg's books. Maybe that inspired his turning toward Universalism later on in life.

Interesting. Ty
There are no spirits - every form of religion and 'spirituality' proves this.
I think you are only trying to prove it to yourself
@@christianuniversalist Then why are pretty much all the 'spiritual' and religious so materially and socially privileged?
@@williamoarlock8634 I wouldn't say that indigenous tribes the world over are privileged. They all have a deep spirituality. In fact it is Western civilization, in the main, which has a large proportion of people trying to ditch religion/spirituality that is the aberration.
@@DIBBY40 Facing objective reality would be an aberration for the superstitious, uneducated or just plain narcissistic as is the 'norm' for Western spirituality.
@@williamoarlock8634 Yes, that occurs. It is easy to look at the worst behaviour/ arguments of your opponents to rubbish it all. Do you know what objective reality is?
He wasn’t a universalist
do you have a source to back that up? Not saying I disagree with you he seems like a fascinating figure I would love to learn more about
