I saw your reply to my comment the other day. It was heart-warming knowing that the creator of meditations that have helped me for the past couple of weeks is thinking about me. It made my day as I was struggling a bit yesterday.
I've taken up a yoga class and went to my first session yesterday. It was a bit more intense than I expected but still enjoyed it.
My body aches a little after that and so this meditation helped me relax and feel more at ease
Thank you for creating this channel, it's a safe place for me that I can go back to any time in the day, and that helps me a lot during hard times.

I like to have these 20/25 minutes Yoga Nidra sessions when I get home from my thrice-weekly gym visits. I have ongoing gym sessions with a trainer to recuperate from some radiation and chemotherapy treatments I had a few years back which left me a bit physically depleted.
The Yoga Nidra settles everything down so that my brain and body are both running at the same pace again, if that makes any sense. It is also so beneficial to hear your calming voice after the cacophony of the gymnasium. Thank you once again for all your excellent work.

Hi Loren, just did this one again to start the day 😊
Personally I like relaxing into both legs and arms, both eyes etc.
And I really appreciate the spaciousness,being able to really sink in during the rotation and also lots of room to be aware of and feel the sankalpa.
This time I wasn’t emotional during the breathing in the brain, but it does help to relax the mind and let go of thoughts .
And the resting at the minds eye after that,was so peaceful 😊
