If amino acids are not filtered into bowmans capsule in the first place, then how can they be reabsorbed into the blood?

They can’t be filtered because they have large particles

Good presentation. But there is only one mistake. Bases are denoted be OH- not by HCO3-

HCO3 is bicarbonate, the base THAT pass the capsule and becomes part of the filtrate.
