MYUS hides and changes terms of services as time goes on, in this video i explain my issues with MYUS and provide evidence of this.

I just created an account with them yesterday, and now your video has made me delete the account straight away and find an alternative. Don’t want to deal with those hassles.
I bought mini solar panels and they charged me $29.99 for containing "Dangerous components"!!!!!!!
They could have repacked my two items in one package instead they made it two separate package and I had to pay it as two packages.
FedEx was in fact cheaper.

Yes same thing happened to me..I was charged $500+ and they kept the items for 4months and then sent it piece meal to charge me more
They took 85 dollars for 25 dollars item, i will not use them again

I understand his frustration and the sneaky stuff that companies like myUS does. But, as it has asterisk sign and i bubble you should have noticed the terms for that line by just * sign. So, I hope everyone just notices * on the statement as it means it has terms and conditions.
I use MyUS as the items that I ship are usually compact and heavy and try to avoid using them for light but oversized items. It saves me a ton of money when I consolidate several shipments into one box. Moreover, most US merchants don’t properly protect the heavy items inside the box and use flimsy cardboard boxes and tapes when they overseas. My last heavy shipment directly from a US merchant almost broke open in transit as the bottom tape of the box had one side already broken open and only 2 sides still intact barely keeping the contents inside the box when I received it , and the heavy contents were wobbly inside the box.
I bought a Lithum Battery for $12 and they valued it for $199 charged me insurance of $28, 54.90 USD for shipping via DHL and 8.00 USD for some Lithium-ion Stickers which gave me a total of 90.90 USD to pay for a 12USD Battery. I still haven't paid the due amount, at this point they can keep the battery.
To get the correct insurance value, you are meant to upload the originanl invoice for the battery. The stickers are a requirement for shipping batteries. It's a United Nations regulation. This is the cost of myus shipping a battery - $29 fixed charge foe preparing the shipping docs plus 8% of the value of the battery. This is in addition to the shipping and insurance costs. Other mail forwarders all charge similar amounts to ship batteries. Better buy your battery in your local market and ask myus to discard the one in your inbox.

Terrible customer support...no phone number to reach their CS team and the WhatsApp and Web chat is like speaking with a bot.
They are awful. I didn't know how bad they are as they are well advertised but it seems they are not. Hidden fees and misleading, don't repackage your packaged and they show you an estimate shipping price and then you get another. They charged $7.99 for incorrect address of one package sent to their suit but that was a lie the address was perfectly correct. Thx for info

I shipped 5950x (cost $1200) to them and asked for an advance photo to make sure it's in a good shape, then right away I asked for shipping and they told me they are looking for it and they can't find it, they stole it :(
Since I have the invoice already uploaded and I made sure to put the right price and ask for an advance photo, they can't just ignore it, they might try to give me a refund as a credit. so yeah they are scammers. I can't trust them now to ship anything. going to find an alternative company now. what a big headache :/ trust me, if I was a US citizen, I would have sued them and break them a part. but unfortunately, I'm not. I hope one of the US users sue them.

the fee I think $50 but no use for you since each country has its own fee.

You can go to your bank and cancel the transcation and move to another parcel forwarder.
