Rip off GST Costs and misleading shipping options -Beware. It will end up costing more than expected! I was getting the costing for shipping a package to Australia, which the value of the items and shipping $140.00 which the 10% GST should be $14.00 yet they are charging me $21.22 which equates to 15%. When I asked about this, they said that this is due to a third-party processing cost for doing the GST component, thus if you use them, please be aware of this fact as it can add quite a bit more to your shipping costs. Also the shipping calculator is misleading. For example, Aramex is showing as one of the shipping options at $72.08 . However, when I go to have my order shipped out, this is missing from the shipping options and am stuck with having to choose more expensive options such as FedEx International Economy at $84.03. This is all in US dollars with the Australia dollars being low it all mounts up. Other shippers are now offering FedEx International Connect Plus which is half the price FedEx Intenational Economy, $41.78 vs $84.03 for a 7lb (3.17kg) to Australia. There are better and cheaper shippers out there and I now use Shippingxps.

They're scammers

I bought a Lithum Battery for $12 and they valued it for $199 charged me insurance of $28, 54.90 USD for shipping via DHL and 8.00 USD for some Lithium-ion Stickers which gave me a total of 90.90 USD to pay for a 12USD Battery. I still haven't paid the due amount, at this point they can keep the battery.

Anyone got pics of when they used to cahrge $0 for free basic photos when package arrives, they are noe charging and saying it was never free

They’re a horrible scammy company, they made me subscribe to a 60$ monthly membership WITHOUT ME KNOWING! But it was a good thing my visa didn’t have funds or i’d have been scammed.

They started with a good service. Back then I could hold my parcels up to 2 weeks before paying storage fees. And back then I could choose between shipping methods. I was really cool. But then they changed the conditions so you have to become a member to choose a shipping method and now you have to become a paying premium member to hold packages (what was the whole idea of using myus in the 1st place).

I have lost $367 because they have mistakenly shipped my package to another address and everytime when I ask them about it I get the same response “Procrastination”. I ended up canceling my account with zero refund and responsibility. Folks, my only message is to Stay away from this gang of fraudsters and do not believe most of the fake positive reviews

Yes same thing happened to me..I was charged $500+ and they kept the items for 4months and then sent it piece meal to charge me more

Terrible customer support...no phone number to reach their CS team and the WhatsApp and Web chat is like speaking with a bot.

I understand his frustration and the sneaky stuff that companies like myUS does. But, as it has asterisk sign and i bubble you should have noticed the terms for that line by just * sign. So, I hope everyone just notices * on the statement as it means it has terms and conditions.

Do not use this forwarding company, they are huge rogues. They will prepare pro-forma invoices with items you do not want, and force you to pay up or you won't get your parcel. They also include Customs & Duties in their invoice at 10 times what you will pay in your local country. This is how they are making their money. They also consolidate your many parcels into one but will still charge you the initial weighed volume, so which negates a saving on consolidation. DON'T SAY I NEVER WARN YOU ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY! 🤚

I am honestly getting a bit scared rn I bought some items from amazon but my package isn't as big as the ones u bought and because I am stupid I didn't check if I should actually use them or not (if you are wondering I bought an oculus quest 2) I will try to go to there faq's and terms and check but hopefully I don't get overcharged for anything

I shipped 5950x (cost $1200) to them and asked for an advance photo to make sure it's in a good shape, then right away I asked for shipping and they told me they are looking for it and they can't find it, they stole it :( Since I have the invoice already uploaded and I made sure to put the right price and ask for an advance photo, they can't just ignore it, they might try to give me a refund as a credit. so yeah they are scammers. I can't trust them now to ship anything. going to find an alternative company now. what a big headache :/ trust me, if I was a US citizen, I would have sued them and break them a part. but unfortunately, I'm not. I hope one of the US users sue them.

They are awful. I didn't know how bad they are as they are well advertised but it seems they are not. Hidden fees and misleading, don't repackage your packaged and they show you an estimate shipping price and then you get another. They charged $7.99 for incorrect address of one package sent to their suit but that was a lie the address was perfectly correct. Thx for info

They could have repacked my two items in one package instead they made it two separate package and I had to pay it as two packages. FedEx was in fact cheaper.

This is old stuff. They now say it on www.myus.com/pricing/ I have been using MyUs for a while now, and I have always known oversized shipments had different rates. It's the customer's fault for not reading the faqs page and other info pages on their website. DON'T BE CARELESS and READ THE TERMS, F.A.Q.S., and other info first.

The close my account and don’t let me ship my packages and I pay for shipping and they cancel the shipment don’t refund my money
