Hi there, thanks for watching! No, Vanessa only uses the Cook Expert to make the dough, and then bakes it in the oven.

Kia ora from New Zealand. Thank you for these very instructional videos. I have been looking for support with recipe ideas for Magimix especially Cook Expert but until now, support has been scant. I began with a Thermomix but got frustrated with not being able to slice or julienne my veggies, and I didn’t like my coleslaws looking like the chopped up mess from KFC. Please keep up with these videos. I would love to connect with you online. Bless you.

Interesting. Is there a reason you don’t roll all the scroll dough up into a log and then slice into pieces?
I have a new little freezer coming tomorrow and one reason I finally ordered it after making do without one for 9 months is so I can make batches of dough in the CE and freeze single serves. Perfect timing on this one!

You can definitely so that! Just be careful not to "squish" the scrolls.

@@MagimixAus yes that might be a bit tricky. I think I’ve got some dental floss that isn’t minty. If that works, a wire cheese slicer would be a non disposable version. Your method might be neater though. I’ll play 😊

Please provide a reliable recipe for Brioche buns as the recipe book uses fresh yeast and even after converting I did not have much success.

Looks amazing my question can you do the scrolls and pizza bases etc up but not cook them all ? Like freeze them so that you can cook and eat or must you cook all them freeze for reheat
I love to have foods ready to prep something up quickly but I can only eat small portions myself and I no longer have a large family

Isn't the bread improver made up of some of the chemicals that are in store-bought bread?
