Staples: Chicken stock, vege stock and paste is what i can think of off the cuff. Would also love to learn how to cook without mushing the food. I was also wondering if there is some sort of notification of when a live cook along is going to occur?

Hi Nalan, thanks for the suggestions! To cook without mushing food, some recommendations: 1) Use 1A or 0 speed. 1A works great for more delicate foods as it only mixes for 5 seconds every couple of minutes. 2) Cut in larger pieces 3) Some users have purchased a Dough Hook and find it great for super delicate ingredients.

Could come you please make a workshop about making brioche bread. The recipe in Magimix cookbook is kinda mediocre. I wonder if we can make a real decent brioche which is fluffy, moist and buttery.
