    I have just been the proud owner of a Magimix 5200 XL PREMIUM, when you compare the discs of the Magimix with those of a Kenwood for example, it's like comparing the wheels of a bicycle with those of a motorcycle competitive, impressive.

    This was a really nice demo. First step wash all parts except motor to remove manufacturing oils. I would not use dishwasher on disks or blades. I have a Cuisinart that is 50 years old. At least it is not 102 fahrenheit or 38.88 Centigrade or celsius.

    I can confirm that the blades are sharp. When I first got mine I was washing the small bowl and forgot the mini blade was in the bowl. Sliced into my knuckle with no effort. Don't be me :-)
    I think you had better luck than I with the juicing attachments. I find the citrus press more trouble than it's worth. The centrifuge juicer does a good job but is such a pain to clean. That said I do love this food processor. The dicing attachment is pretty awesome too.

    Thanks for doing this. I'm on the fence about buying one because I'm not sure how it is about making smoothies.I'm replacing a Kenwood machine. I used to use a juice extractor for apples/carrots etc and then then throw them in Kenwood blender with banana/mango etc to get a smoothie. Have you (or anyone) used the magi mix for smoothies?

    • @BonniBakery
      @BonniBakery  5 місяців тому

      Hi Michael, glad you found it helpful!
      I have - it can make smoothies but the texture is not quite the same as if you made them in a blender. Ironically I have actually since switched to using a Kenwood! I love the magimix for any kind of food processing, but I now use the new Kenwood Cooking Chef as my main appliance as it does a lot more things and does them really well. The blender attachment comes free with the machine (as well as the food processor attachment) and it is really good at smoothies. I do have a video about that one too if it would be helpful. ua-cam.com/video/nfJuSQWZ0vY/v-deo.htmlsi=1kEXZNN_LhEkfAKh Let me know if I can answer any further questions :)

      Na das ist ja lustig. Sie hat den Magimix bei euch gekauft. In Deutschland? Oder habt ihr noch Vertretungen in den USA?
      Hab den Kanal gerade erst entdeckt. Sie macht das wirklich prima mit der Vorführung der Rezepte. Voller Leidenschaft, fachmännisch, kurz und bündig, aber trotzdem alles Wesentliche gut gezeigt. Leider verdecken die Untertitel Vieles. Deshalb mußte ich es mir 2 mal ansehen.
      Video auf deutsch vertonen und auf eurer Seite veröffentlichen. Lasst sie viele Gerichte/ Menüs kochen, für die man den Magimix gut verwenden kann. Sie ist eine echt gute Magimix Botschafterin!
      Das würde doch sicher ihren Kanal fördern und eure Verkaufszahlen auch. Ich muß gleich mal nachschauen, ob sie noch weitere Rezepte zeigt, die auf den Magimix zugeschnitten sind und vielleicht auch noch die Benutzung der anderen Teile zeigt und den Blender.
      Ich liebäugele schon lange mit dem Magimix, aber ich brauche Ideen um das Teil optimal auszunutzen. Es nimmt viel Platz weg und der Aufwasch ist sperrig. Aber wenn ich so schöne Rezeptideen sehe, dann lohnt sich die Anschaffung. Ich vermute, es geht noch anderen Menschen wie mir.
      Leider wohne ich zu weit weg und kann mir das nicht bei euch live anschauen. Ich habe auch Probleme mit der Größe, weil ich den Vergleich nicht sehen kann.
      Mir würde eigentlich vielleicht ein kleinerer reichen, aber fürs Brotteig bräuchte ich einen großen.
      Kann man auch mehrmals Brotteig hintereinander machen, oder überhitzt er dann? In einem Video habe ich gesehen, wie der 3200 "rumgehüpft" ist, auf dem Tisch. Also bräuchte man mindestens einen, der 11 kg wiegt?
      Ich werde euch einfach mal anrufen.
      Ein Daumen hoch reicht nicht für dieses super Video! 👍🏽💖👍🏽💖👍🏽💖👍🏽💖👍🏽
      Das beste Video, was ich bisher vom Magimix gesehen habe❣

    Hands down the best food processor available. You suggest the Kenwood Cooking Chef is better, but these are completely different machines. The Kenwood is a stand mixer that can cook. Of the Magimix line up the Cook Expert is perhaps similar at first sight but honestly it is way better. Way better than Thermomix as well.
    Magimix is awesome, offers superb usability, design and durability and is still made in France. Hand-made that is!! Yes, really. The blades are made of Sabatier steel, Google that and be amazed. You get 30 years of warranty with these machines. I love Magimix and I have nothing else in my professional kitchen.

    • @BonniBakery
      @BonniBakery  2 дні тому

      Hi Roger, Totally agree that the Magimix is the best food processor out there! My new recommendation for the Kenwood Cooking Chef is as my favourite kitchen tool in general. I am a dessert blogger so a stand mixer that does lot of other things is what makes the most sense in my kitchen and for my audience.
      I love the Magimix food processor (as you can tell from this video), but I only have so much room in my (domestic) kitchen so if I have to choose one tool that will help me out the most and give me the most bang for my buck, it's the Kenwood!

    كيف استعمال majimix

    Does your magimix seem wobbly to you? We just got the 4200 and it just doesn't seem as solidly locked in as the old KitchenAid we had. Our bowl squeaks on the base it wobbles so much.

      Oh that's strange, mine doesn't wobble at all. Are you sure it's locked into place properly? I discovered quickly that it can only lock in from one direction, both the bowl and the lid. If it's definitely locked in and it's still wobbly then I'd maybe write to magimix or wherever you bought it from..

      @@BonniBakery it definitely is locked or it wouldn't work, right? Safety features and all. I'll try chopping something else and then email I guess. Thanks! Loved your video!

    You make it look good, the company should hire you, but the sound is pretty LOUD noisy and annoying. Especially for those like us living in apartments, our neighbours would call the police on you.

    you always tell when an expert tries to demonstrate how to use anything, they assume too much. I wanted to learn how to juice but she spent all of 3 seconds telling me what pieces you put in the machine. Please show us everything and assume nothing, show us exactly what goes where, all I have is a box of bits so please don't assume I automatically know where everything goes

      Hi there, thank you for your feedback. This video was just meant to be a quick overview of the machine, not an in depth tutorial on how to use it, even so it's already 25 minutes long haha so I didn't think people would want to watch much more than that. I am a dessert blogger who just happened to buy this machine, not an expert on the machine or anything, but I'm sure magimix have actual tutorials on how to use it :) Thanks for watching!
