Automatic transmission with electric motor is not good idea. I'm used with sequential transmission. It's the best! Very good on climbing with 61t :) Now you can put this motor on other trucks (changing game settings file) :) I use this motor on my DAF XF105 :P
@@gibattiston Electric motors also have revs. The Renault E Tech has a Volvo Electric drive system. This gearbox keeps the electric motor at a lower rpm to increase range. Even cruise control with topography is the same in an electric truck. I think at Renault it's called Optivision. Personally I don't like electric cars/trucks. I'm waiting for the development of hydrogen engines. I read that a hydrogen injection system for a diesel engine is being tested in Australia. It allows you to reduce fuel consumption by 15%. Imagine Australian road trains :)

My personal opinion: there is no need for e-trucks. For me: real trucking is loud sounds, diesel and exhausts. As I wrote this is my opinion. I do not want to judge anybody who has a different point of view.

Trust me the Renault electric has initial acceleration so much more it feels like in an suv

I've tried the electric Renault twice, but I feel nothing. No joy in driving it. Thank you SCS, but no thank you.
