Thank you so much for the reminder! I was also homeschooled from 1st through 12th grade and I was NEVER home. I played basketball with a homeschool Christian athletic program and absolutely loved it. After high school I went to Massage Therapy school and then out of state to a Bible Collage and everyone was so surprised when I told them I was homeschooled. The average homeschooler being socially awkward is such a huge misconception.
Similar experience! I was always told that I was the most normal homeschooler people had ever met. I honestly think they just had misconceptions and that I was the only homeschooler they had ever met! 😂
Just found your channel and I cannot agree more with everything you said. I am a teacher and have been since 2011 and I cannot tell you how many kids in public school severely lack socialization skills. A lot of that stems from the household anyways love your channel.
