I run a couple of times a week but my core is so weak, I’m also a bit fat so it isn’t easy to gain distance or pace. Having started doing this three times a week with swimming, racket sports and Pilates I’m getting stronger and building muscle tone. Thankyou for posting this video it has helped me very much

Absolutely! even more important than runners really as your ankles and feet great a real workout in basketball
Can you do these daily or is it better to do once or twice a week?
Mix them up, try and do one workout a day but mix in some easier ones and some harder ones
