My 2 year old brother was doing some of the moves with me and it helped keep me motivated cuz I was telling him to keep going and at the end he was going "close, close" until I finished
I always thought that the last move was one of the easiest (for me). After this video and the Booty Lift Cardio combo, I don't think that anymore! Thank you, Cassey!
Cassey, you are killing me. I just got used to the 20 min Cardio Booty lift and now this is my killer. I did it but I took more breaks, I'm sorry. But I m getting better! In the 20 min Cardio, I no longer need to take an extra break anymore and I'm being able to jump instead of walk the plank to squats. So, I am getting better, stronger, and the best of all my balance is improving. I'm so glad I found your challenge and channel.
I've only ever watched your design shorts and the little comic strips! I never knew you did all this too, you are so successful! Thank you so much for this and keep up the good work!

Although I personally like working my abs the most, this video is one of my favorites because of how inspirational Cassey is in this one! Thank you so much Cassey; you do so much to inspire us!
Sounds great as long as it’s realistic. There isn’t really a way to change the bone structure of your hips! You can fill it in with some muscles but some of us are always gonna have hip dips no matter what :)
An hourglass challenge would work for my body because I genetically lean towards an hourglass figure. But I totally agree with your statement, some people will never be able to get an hourglass figure without plastic surgery.
Thanks so much for the beginners’ calendar, Cassey. I used to do Blogilates every day for about 4 years and was able to do full calendar workouts and felt at my fittest ever. Then I felt a hamstring ping, had to rest, got into yoga to increase flexibility - which was great. Then an old back injury plus very sedentary and sometimes stressful job left me with bad back pain. Trying to conquer it with physio and pilates but also really missing being fit! After a year+ of not doing your workouts, I’m so cardio unfit, even though I do a weekly spin class. But I AM determined. No way I can do yr full calendar yet so I’m breaking myself back in with the beginners’ calendar. Wish me luck! Xx
Dear Future Grass, You know how at the end of a workout video, you like to sit down? UM, THAT'S NOT AN OPTION TODAY. My butt is ON FIRE like never before. This workout was so hard! I had to pause about 2 times. But trust me, the breaks were quick. Like 3 seconds quick. I'm just glad I'm done. -Grass
Dear Future and maybe even Past Grass, All I had to read was "I has to pause about 2 times." and I was like *"BET. WATCH ME BETTER THAN MY PAST SELF"*. I didn't take 2 second breaks, not 1 second breaks, NOPE. When Cassey stopped, I stopped and when Cassey started, I started! THAT RARELY HAPPENS. That surely didn't happen last time. This is the official last letter coming from the HOT GIRL SUMMER CHALLENGE! Whoop whoop! And out of everything, what surprises me the most is my GROWTH. Not physically (although, the physical growth is pretty good), I mean MENTALLY! Being able to continue and endure and persevere through hard workouts is something we had to learn and are still learning. But this past week proved to me that we can push through! WE REALLY CAN! And we will! Why? 'Cause we a HOT GIRLLLLLLLLLLLLLL! EEEEEEEEEK! Alright, no time to waste, I gotta go. -Grass

I know it's been a few months since this video has been released, but I just recently found your channel and let me tell you. I have never had such a good experience working out. This video is the first workout routine I've followed in months and you actually make me WANT to do the workouts! I know you're not with me in person but listening to you encouraging me through the screen really helped me get through it (I still had to take a few breaks bc I don't have the endurance yet). Also my arms really hurt from having to hold myself up for five minutes lol. Keep up the good work!!
Thank you Cassey. For awhile I was more into HIIT workouts than pilates, but sometimes your old and gold videos keep me going on my rough days where I didn't want to workout at all. your videos always make me feel like I am a champion
I’ve been doing this everyday for a week and I must say I haven’t really seen a difference in the size of my butt BUT this workout is an amazing cellulite eraser! I have a pretty prominent dimple in one of my cheeks and it has reduced significantly!
I remember the first time I did this the past month it was so hard, I had to stop and take 10s break between each exercise and at the end I was devastated. Today I did this without pausing and I even SMILED and LAUGHED when it was over.... I feel SO accomplished with myself💜

Thank you!
She's the only youtuber who makes me workout for the 4th day in a row😂 her encouragement and chatter distraction work wonders for me
I love that Cassey matches her outfit and yoga mat with the colors of the calendar and the timer. It's really cute
not able to get through this without breaks yet but looking back at myself not being able to do this without breaks for each move makes me :)
I did this right after the 20mn booty cardio and I actually passed out getting up right after finishing this one. Please take 2mn to breathe it out afterwards as I should've 😅
i love these already. can’t wait to try these w resistance bands!
I do these with weight and it kills
First time I discovered you was at the fifth or sixth grade now it's already 9 years .....since then and I haven't stopped doing your workouts ....Thank you thank you a million time thank you ....I've learnt so much from you for all this years ,your videos always make me so happy ...thanks to you I've learned to love my body and myself...You've had and still have a BIG impact into my life.
Thank you for existing❣️
This is a killer. Anyone elses wrists sore hahaha, thank you so much Casey for making these videos
my wrists hurt so bad lol!
I sometimes switch to my forearms - it helps!
Agreed! I find it tough being on my hands for 4 mins straight. Switching to forearms for some is a good idea
I alternate to my elbows on leg circles..helps w range of circle of leg too
Cassy Didi u did wonder... I mean my weight is stuck but after following your videos and instructions, my body weight shed, m feeling strong right now and very happy..
Thank u Didi..🙂
and i was dumb enough to ankle weights to this workout
Gladys Lam,
R.I.P...
Saaaaame why do I do this to myself
Yup, I used a resistance band, I was shaking so much by the end
WOAH! You've got my respect *applause*
My 2 year old brother was doing some of the moves with me and it helped keep me motivated cuz I was telling him to keep going and at the end he was going "close, close" until I finished
So cute
💖 how sweet!
I want to cry this is the first time in so long that I’ve lasted throughout the whole video. 😁💪
I've only ever watched your design shorts and the little comic strips! I never knew you did all this too, you are so successful! Thank you so much for this and keep up the good work!
Omg these workouts are just fire, can't wait to do that tomorrow ❤❤❤ literally watching this to prepare myself for tomorrow 😂❤
Ches Tha me too lol
Sweat was dripping down my face the wholleeee time I was doing this workout, omg. I love this months calendar!! The workouts are so effective! And you do look so stunning Cassey
Im so exited to do these workouts !! You have given me confidence and boost to continue these workouts. I’m so grateful for that 😚💘
Usually I don't feel a lot of pain during glute workouts, but this one burneddd. Omg it hurt so bad, I'm proud that I finished it :)
Although I personally like working my abs the most, this video is one of my favorites because of how inspirational Cassey is in this one! Thank you so much Cassey; you do so much to inspire us!
I just finished my first challenge ever!! And it’s true! I feel stronger now!!! Don’t give up guys!
Who wants an HOURGLASS CHALLENGE for the month of JUNE!! Small waist, slim thighs, rounded hips, and big booty! I know I do! Like it you agree!
a pilates hourglass challenge sounds like a dream to me! maybe even an hourglass yoga workout? that sounds amazing.
Cassy, in case you needed this... I love you so much you're one of my inspirations in life. Thank you for being alive.
Like most young boys I used to dream of growing up to be thin but have a fat ass. This video is the first stepping stone on my journey!
HOLY CRAP. Do not underestimate this workout just bc youre on your knees the entire time. This KILLED me.
7 day butt challenge done👍My abs and butt are much more toned. Looking forward to the arm and leg challenges!
Xx
Dear Future Grass,
You know how at the end of a workout video, you like to sit down? UM, THAT'S NOT AN OPTION TODAY. My butt is ON FIRE like never before. This workout was so hard! I had to pause about 2 times. But trust me, the breaks were quick. Like 3 seconds quick. I'm just glad I'm done.
-Grass
Dear Future and maybe even Past Grass,
All I had to read was "I has to pause about 2 times." and I was like *"BET.
-Grass
Cassie sometimes you talking and watching the timer countdown are the only things getting me through the workout. Also I felt this one in my arms too, anyone else?
The straight leg heel lifts gave me major thigh cramps 😂 feeling good though!!! Let’s do this! Everyone is beautiful, I hope you al enjoyed this workout as much as I did!!! Anyone else here from the August Calendar?
Day 3 of the new Beginner's Calendar!
My first thought, 30 seconds in: "I am never, ever doing that 7DayGluteChallenge, no way"
Who else wants cassey to do a 7 day arm series next!
Giiiiiirl!! I did this whole video with a resistance band and it was LIFE! I have a hard time finding exercises that give me a serious burn but this with the resistance band was insane! 🔥🔥🔥
with a band! !
Jase Yaaaassss!!
Fell off the wagon for several months, now that I'm done with school, I'll do my best to get back on it!
Anybody come back to this video even after doing the challenge!? This is such a good burnout! I hate it and love it at the same time. #itshurtssogood
I remember the first time I did this the past month it was so hard, I had to stop and take 10s break between each exercise and at the end I was devastated. Today I did this without pausing and I even SMILED and LAUGHED when it was over.... I feel SO accomplished with myself💜
Cassey is literally the strongest fitness "influencer" (ew gross word) out there. I dont know how she finishes these without stopping once!
Actual reaction when the "Fresh Side" wasn't fresh: "Ouch what the heck, Cassey."
Best workout ever! Recovering from covid and this workout is a great way to start my fitness journey now that I have healed.
Ive been watching you since i was 15 and im 22 now i just got into watching you again 😁 thank you for always being encouraging 💓 ❤️
i love this workout so much, i don't think i will ever want to get rid of it. the moves are simple, yet you get that effective burn. THANK YOU CASSEY! 🥰🥰
June 15,it's raining and I love this .
Anyone else doing this as part of the 28-Day Workout Calendar for Beginners? :) I had been doing the old calendar earlier this year but it was so outdated, so glad to see a revamped version. Thanks for the great workout, Cassey! ^_^
You're glowing in this video ✨☀️ Plus, this color looks great on you. Thanks for the video!
I've been doing your videos every day since the confinement started and just wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you and tell you how grateful I am for your videos. You're absolutely amazing and I don't know what I would have done without you!
