Gamers did not won, no matter what they say or think.
Sony did not apologize, admitted mistake, error or bad intentions.
Nor did he said he is going to stop collecting data on gamers, one way or another.
Publisher is mostly silent.
As long as Steam reviews are getting better.
In short: everyone is satisfied, no hard feelings, business as usual.
Which reminded me of Unity Runtime Fee drama recently.
Like now with Sony, people used to be happy about "defeating Unity" or changing Unity CEO,...
But yeah, Unity Runtime Fee never left us actually, it is still on.
