I am thankful for PR 2011 for introducing this piece to me

I heard this in person in 2022 at the Newman Center DU with the basically the same group and it was utterly incredible. Powerful and inspiring to say the least. Tears of joy.
Played this in my senior year of high school concert band, 1960. I will never forget it!
I know how you feel! Senior 1974 for me! Beautiful!
Same in 1984 university Florida band camp . Clarinet.Still have a cassette tape recording my dad did !! Yes I am old lol
Always have wanted to hear the Summit Brass in Person. The few recordings I have are something very special to me.
Words cannot express joy. One can only experience it.
Loved when the trombones came in one by one, and then as everyone prepared to play, a whole small forest of tubas and euphoniums arose.
I have played the Caillet version of this many times.
Bravissimo
Holy tuba
