I am so sick and tired of companies delaying funded projects while launching new projects at the same time. Latest example, Lucky Duck with a nine months delay announcement for "The Dark Quarter". My consequence to it, I no longer back new campaigns by companies with delayed projects.
I just hope Tanares’ upcoming storage solution actually fits its content. One of the inserts that came with Adventures is suppose to fit all the miniatures from the additional content. I couldn’t make it work. Many of the wells were significantly smaller than those in the miniatures’ original wells.
Man that comment on customer v backer is so dead on. I’m so tired of hearing “Kickstarter is not a store!!” And then a Garphill games goes and does preorders for their games because other preorder channels get less traffic. They tell you it’s not a store out of one side of their mouth and then treat it exactly like a store out of the other side. “It’s not a store” is an unfairly one-sided paradigm right now. That commenter absolutely hit the bullseye with that.
The White Knights who chime in with asinine comments such as, “Kickstarter is not a store ” are the same ones who haven’t read Kickstarter Terms of Use s.4.
Thanks for covering the Gwen Gaming Table from Geeknson. I have been following the campaign from early on and those guys are really responsive and listen to their backers. From what I can tell this table hits the sweet spot for me in terms of cost and quality. Geeknsons Community/Kickstarter manager Michael is awesome and is handling everything very well. Also, despite having been an early backer, I love it that they made the free LED lighting early bird reward available for every backer now. It seems that there still are a lot accessories up their sleeves to be revelaed in the upcoming two weeks. I'm looking forward to your thoughts on the table, even if that will be after the campaign and during the pledge manager phase. Thanks for your videos!
I am all in on Dragori Games, but then I have my game and am enjoying the heck out of it. I understand the very understandable angst from folks who haven't gotten their games yet hearing about not only people who have their games enjoying them, but now they also have to hear about upgrades/improvements for those people enjoying their games that they don't have yet. I really get that frustration. But I also see a company that actually LISTENS to their player base and accommodates them by actually trying to make the requested updates. They fulfilled everything in Tanares that they promised would address any issues people had with Arena the Contest. Not enough campaign, poor hero leveling system, not great looking minis. Fixed it all. And previous backers got the upgraded minis for free. Didn't have to pay extra for the new minis. Now the Ultimate version is again them just listening to the input from people actually playing the games. Improve the tutorial, put the City/World map on a game board, make the Arena the Contest Campaign useable with Tanares heroes/rules. That's what people wanted and they are giving it to people. And in a timely manner. You don't NEED any of it, it's only improvement of life stuff. It's not coming two years after you've played out the game multiple times, they're working on it NOW. Not many other game companies LISTEN to feedback and rush out the fixes. I know it's frustrating if you don't have your game yet, but you WILL get it and when you do, you'll be probably looking for these improvements yourself. Dragori is right up there with Mindclash for me as Best in Show for KS companies.
Hi David, I think you are misunderstanding the frustration of many of the people. Dragori really seems to have an issue with communication. The content they are creating and their Management of these "Projects" are two different things and also would be judeged completely different. I have received Tanares Adventures so far, the minis and Material all looks great. Also a lot of Feedback is positive about the game.
However the issue with Dragori being to be naive about their estimates over and over again. The same happened with the RPG and them basically handling three Kickstarters at once. Instead of learning from that they go on like this. And as KoA mentioned its also about the timing. If they would have done that end of May or early June, when hopefully many people have their stuff the reaction would certainly be different than what it is now. For example they are blindly truting V-Games statement that they already delivered 75% of the game in Europe which is hard to believe, but of course could be that the majority of the people being busy in the comments are all in the remaining 25%.
I was so excited to see those two all in boxes for Taneres. If I see big box options I buy. I did that for the Deep Madness 3rd printing campaign (Which hasn't delivered yet so a good reason why they are thinking on doing another yet). I wish more companies would do these. I actually skipped White Death from CMON because I got dizzy thinking on all the boxes. I really wish companies understood how important these can be in determining whether to back their campaign with a massive amount of expansions.
Kickstarter needs to be more accountable to the publishers they support, because when people start to feel uncomfortable backing projects because many companies are not delivering on there promises, asking for more money to produce, ship etc.. going bankrupt. Its going to hurt everyone. Wish there was a solid solution, but people will eventually stop backing any kickstarters. No accountability why invest?
Kickstarter doesn't care past the end of a campaign. They cash in at that point and are done with it. It is on us to bring the pain to black sheep developers. But as usual, most backers are just timid betas that are willing to take all the abuse dished out.
I agree with that one individual 100% regarding there being a real difference between being a customer and a backer, and I am soooo tired of the white knights in the comments always telling people to "relax". Kickstarter is not a store. If it was I want the thirty something things I payed for now please, or how about a least a guarantee I will ever get them at all. Companies need to stop pretending it is, and if they want a pre-order store, get OFF this platform.
Agree 💯. Strong suspicion many of those White Knights are connected to the creators or are sockpuppets out to minimise backers’ valid outrage and police their comments. In a past era, White Knights would have been called ‘scabs’ and are today a huge part of the problem in the boardgame crowdfunding community.
Honestly the Tanrus issue is a problem with backers. Their are three camps, those that didn't get anything, those that got just the 5e stuff, and those that got their games and are playing them already. All three of those camps don't care about each other, they only care about their situation. All complaints are understandable, however people also have to realize their situation isn't the only one. People in Group 1 need to realize that their were people in group 3 that wanted fixes and extras, which is the reason for this update. People in group 2 need to realize their is still a board game attached to the project. People in group 3 need to realize that their are still people that didn't get their game yet. However in the comment section under that update, their just all arguing with others. People in group 1 not caring that others wanted the fixes and upgrades. People in group 2 telling people that only the 5e Rpg stuff matters, and people in group 3 telling people that if you didn't get your game its your own fault. People wonder why companies don't update us every month.
This is not a timing issue. Backers need to realize that the stuff proposed for the new campaign is only superfluous stuff that is not essential but nice to have if you choose to. Game is fully playable in its current forM
@@awpacuda It is still a timing issue. Every backer should get the chance to evaluate the game and decide if they want the ultimate edition/upgrades. By june 13th, not everyone will have their game, or only had very little time to try it. Delaying the new Kickstarter by at least 1-2 months would solve that. So yes, timing is the problem.
Yo when was the Imperial box shipped? I never got the Imperial box, the hydra box, the hero and dungeon box, or the 2 hero packs. Like a ton of stuff I'm still missing and they say it was wave one...I need some help here king....
Backers are not customers. Backers are Venture Investors. The thing people don't put together is the INTEREST thier pledge accrues. And how much should be given. NOT only do backers take ALL the risk, they also pay more than any reatiler would. They also pay for shipping. AND they receive ABSOLUTELY NO compensation for all of this. I understand the arguments many of you may make. BUT the only way a backer would positively benifit is if they received the product for retailer price. They would still pay for handling though. As if they purchased only that thrue a retailer. If any of these companies took thier game ideas to a bank, they would get thier millions and have to pay a nice 10% APR. If this was so, I bet they would not only move fast, but have almost everything ready before asking to barrow the money so they could pay it back faster! Backers get the shaft in every orifice available, but we keep doing it. NOT to mention doing it on a platform that doeant care and gets all the money regardless of completion of the KSer and then uses that money, to instead make things better for BG, but involve itself in politics and advocate for things that are CLEARLY destroying our societies and constantly try to destroy our BG community.
Regarding Tanares and speaking for a lot of people in Europe: We were being told false estimates for shipping dates since december... in every single update for months now. Those 75% EU completion in the last update are very hard to believe. Everything should have arrived in January and now it is May and a lot of people still have not received what they paid for... and now Dragori are announcing a new KS with QoL changes etc. before fully delivering their 2 previous KS campaigns that are already late on fulfillment? It is straight up disrespectful.
I had somebody ship me a second hand game in fresh tanares boxes about a month ago. In the Netherlands. I just received a receipt telling me I will get my game in like two weeks. The Netherlands is like two football fields wide and three football fields long and they somehow have a 1.5month gap in between delivering two games in two cities 40km apart. The distributor certainly has to take some shit for this and not necessarily dragori games.
@@ellyari I don't think they work the Pledges by Region, but I really would be interested in which order they are working on the Shipping. Actually I would have thought they start with the big Pledges to gain Space as quickly as possible, but that does not seem the case. Many of the remaining 25% are All-In Pledges.
It's really interesting seeing the different reactions to the Tanares update. Since I personally have just received the Tanares Adventures box that I can't play without the arena core box, I'm not happy being told I can soon spend more money on the game I haven't received yet. I also doubt v-games will be done with shipping by end of may. But most of all I find the timing and the rush to make a new Kickstarter suspicious when they could just wait until all backers have their product. I'm still looking forward to my game though, but not planning on backing the ultimate edition.
I just got my full pledge, but I'm still interested in backing the new one for the storage solution and new books, especially since one: there's too many boxes and two: I've heard the learning experience for tanares is horrible. Mind you, I haven't experienced it myself as I've only played arena, but flipping through it didn't look too promising (and I've read some pretty terrible rulebooks)
I got my full pledge as well, and while I'm interested in the improvements, I'm also wary that they're going to use this to raise money for other things rather than giving those of us who have already supported them the best deal possible.
Is it possible Dragori Games is making a new KS to get delivery of their games moving again? Apparently V-Games is handling delivery but there seems to be an awful lot of people waiting for their product to arrive. I don't want to back another situation where companies are using the next KS to fund the last one, i.e Blacklist Games.
Also throwing this out their, you should do an update on Cysmic. They just funded and revealed they will be reducing prices the more people back, in addition to normal stretch goals Just would like your thoughts on this.
I remember hearing about Cysmic from King and was hopeful but cautious on how well it'd be implemented. After playing it on TTS it's become my top game of 2023. KS browsing seems to be burying it so I'd love to signal boost how good and worth a look it is. Thanks for the initial look those months ago, KoA!
Love your coverage. Has been amazing to see how your content has improved over the years. Appreciate how much work you put into your coverage. Have no issues with what Tanares is doing. Plan to pass on Celestial. Bryan and company have completely lost my trust. He said refunds were still available on Dawn of Madness and I requested one. Has been months with no action. I don't trust that company as far as I could throw them. Unfortunately, the Mythic Games situation is bad. Expect each of their games to require a "contribution". Bet there will even be a contribution required for the 2nd Wave of Darkest Dungeon. Hope you get well soon.
Yeah I'd reach out again, he seems to be looking lately which is nice. How many more times do you think Mythic can ask? And thank you for the feedback! Means a lot :)
Any chance BLG has enough money now to fulfill their outstanding projects? Last I heard their Dark Alliance: Horror Series 1 has been sitting in a warehouse… for something like 18 months.
Excited for the Tanares content! I don't judge it so harshly. Definitely better than my situation with Awaken Realms, as I still hadn't received Tainted Grail (Kept being told it's on the way) as they announced 1.5 reprint before I even received the original game pledged for several years prior.
@@ellyari They delivered a week or so before they launched the Tainted Grail sequel. After they announced the sequel with updated content, I requested a refund explaining I did not want an outdated game, received reply the following day that they cannot refund after a game has shipped, then received shipping notification the next day. I was upset honestly.
Re: consumer vs backer. Ive had some pledges where i felt included and a part of the team/community. And others where i felt like a consumer. But i cant put my finger on why. For example, Maladum felt like a community because they adapted to comments that had majority weight during the campaign. So they added a few extra quests and added numerous new SKUs for what backers wanted to buy. Some wanted only terrain, other wanted terrain with game content. At any rate, I really cant give a reason that in that example of a campaign it felt very different from CMON or HexploreIt. All of them had videos and live streams to engage with the community. Perhaps its the words used in replies? I just cant articulate why they felt different.
yeah I agree! It's just something you can feel. I call it "the space between words" - that is, it's not something really noted like even word choice, but instead of it's communicated as a whole. I think we can often pick up on it.
The Gwen table offer have me excited to finally be able to get a proper gaming table. Also happy that they will offer a monthly payment option for anything in the PM after the Kickstater (addons, table upgrades, shipping, vat). That sure helps.
Indeed it does! I just wish I could have told you guys first hand how it is. I heard back from them and will be getting it second half of May so at least in time for the pledge manager :)
i keep records of creators that are not delivering on communication and dont back subsequent campaigns. I notice a trend with RPG zines and smaller projects where "oh im sick" or "so and so is sick" or some other excuse on and on and on. I basically wont even back any zines or smaller projects now-most are nerds getting in over their head and they simply dont have the skills. Basically I am very very selective now and read every comment (well almost) on past campaigns before dropping a penny and i lately have started backing at a dollar and asking questions...depending on the response i may or may not back but it is surprising how snarky some can be for being questioned. Backers too can be pretty whiney throwing temper tantrums at even the slightest deviation...must be a lot under 12 lol. The crowd funding scene has a pretty high level of toxicity sadly.
Same here. Crowdfunding companies on permanent ‘No Back’ list: 1. Funforge (Monumental) 2. Blacklist Games & any business associated with Alex Lim (Fantasy Series 2) 3. Petersen Games 4. Inside the Box 5. Mythic Games (6:Siege) Additionally, because the experience was so horrible (even if they eventually fulfilled some components) I am unlikely ever again to back projects from: 1. Fria Ligan/Free League (they don’t fulfil their stretch goals) 2. 2C Games (Dragonflight) 3. Catalyst Games (Battletech) 4. Steamforged Games (Animal Adventures Faraway Sea) 5. Nightfall Games (Terminator RPG) 6. Forbidden Games/University Games (Mosaic) 7. Top Shelf Gamer YMMV but these are the companies I had to cut off just to preserve my sanity (and wallet).
The arrogance towards backers from the likes of Blacklist, Mythic and Funforge is now a thing of renown in the boardgame crowdfunding community. For instance, Funforge routinely tells its backers it simply can’t be bothered updating them on their projects’ progress - and amazingly some purported backers White Knight for the company by policing their peers’ legitimate concerns. Mythic and Blacklist also routinely miss their own slack deadlines, generally phoning it in when they eventually publish updates. The psychology of backers who validate and advocate such poor behaviour is a key factor in why bad actors continue to get away with abuser, DARVO-style behaviour. Crowdfunding only works if creators enter a genuine shared-agenda/risk partnership with backers - and when backers hold creators’ feet to the fire. Otherwise, unscrupulous creators will continue to exploit the grey zone between what constitutes a backer and a consumer to the profound disadvantage of the boardgame community generally and especially backers more specifically.
Called me stupid, but I'm interest to late pledge Dawn of Madness, still haven't got a clue if it still active or not, even though the campaign stated it is ??
Honestly I am probably in the minority but I would like to be treated more like a customer. I am a bit tired of companies treating backers like crap. I honestly would prefer to be treated more like a customer who paid money and is going to be given what I paid for. These days that would be enough
WHOA!!!! Steamforged Games (One of the more trust worthy gaming companies) just bought Alterquest!!! That's good news! Alterquest is ALOT of fun as a dungeon crawler and it's too bad BLG has bad business planning, cause this has potential to be a MULTI series game for them.
I enjoyed AQ, but preferred Bardsung for the way the game was built and less “card play’. Funny thing about both of them was how fucking terrible the rule books are.
Rather disappointed by some youtubers that I respect, doing what's absolutely an advertorial for Gwen tables. It does rather show what the going rate is for buying their support 🙁 Whilst I'd never criticise receiving a $60 game in order to review it, gifts on this scale do damage the credibility.
I will be getting one to review but hopefully I voiced my own experience and those I've heard well enough to keep that honesty level and transparency high :)
I wish companies would treat me like a customer... then I could demand a refund if it doesnt ship or delays indefinetly ... Greetings to Petersen Games ... they are a plague.
We're playing Tanares tomorrow, KoA, I'll let you know how it goes. I've always been fond of Arena since learning to play it took literal minutes. Not to mention we were able to scale up from 4 to 7 players in a snap: It valued its groups of all sizes. For me, though, I'm right with you with Dawn of Madness. I was a full backer of Deep Madness, and I loved it intensely (even if I fond it a bit wordy in the books). I backed Dawn because of that. And now I'm disappointed. Oh well, because of you, I backed Aeon. Once the expansions come, that's on our radar. You're without a doubt the best in the biz, KoA, and while I don't agree with you always, you deserve nothing but the most respect.
Tanares and Arena are very well... received.... from people who actually received anything.. unlike me... they will probably suggest to back the next campaign to send me my deliver from 1.5 and rpg together with it in... what.. 2025 + unforseen delays due to some people glueing themselves on the street? sorry... no, no more money from me and am actually angry about me .. being unexperienced and dumb enough be enticed by all the reviews and your praise about them being interested in improving to overrule my gutfeeling! gnah! not your fault by any means! I blame myself... lesson learnt.. a very expensive lesson that is...
@@JM32JM32 well, I think with 3 years passed the initial estimated time of delivery and another campaign done.. and now a third campaign announced .. over 400€ spent... I think I am entitled to claim that "a lack of patience" is not something that I am missing. ^^

@@LeeroyPorkins Don’t listen to the haters. Bardsung is great. It has campaign structure issues and it needs a 2.0 rulebook but the core gameplay loop is very fun
I'd have no issue if a campaign delivers to retail at the same time as I'm getting my crowdfunded copy. The mindset of having to get the game first is part of the wider cult of the new, that unless a game is played within 2-3 months of release, it will be passé and no-one will play it with them. Better to be strong and ignore / challenge that mindset. A different matter IMO if it hits retail first - that's indeed contemptuous of backers, and we've already seen one company selling backers' games into retail, before the company goes bust and leaving backers without their games.
I'm really in to Altar: realms of the gods... Cysmic looks super cool on the table but... need more money :P Tanares Adventures: Ultimate Edition... jees first delivery all the boxes!!!
Not sure if you know, but the campaign just introduced a "middle" tier with Minis for 4 players instead of the big deluxe for 6. Might be right for some groups and it's cheaper
When you said Tanares drama, I almost broke. I'm already so deep into the Monsterpocalypse Mythic Games issue, and my copy of Tanares ALL IN (adventured and rpg) hasn't arrived yet
This. It hurts there are people who feel that we don't care about people who want their upgrades like in an earlier comment. I mean, once I get the game I'd probably be part of those who want the upgrades if the game is as good as the hype says. My end of the world, they said "next week" back in January. It's still "next week they're REALLY doing it" in that last update. We could cherry pick or treat the industry as a whole when it comes to responsibility. I'm trying to contact VFI to see if there's any truth in the whole "next week" because as far as I can tell, they're booked this May. Not gonna be the first company to lie, won't be the last. Believe me, these guys are giving the same answers as Blacklist. They just haven't been branded the same way.
This Tanares delivery was an absolute trainwreck. Communication that was actively wrong (all packages will be sent within two weeks, contact us if it hasn't arrived), poor delivery itself, tons of broken minis, etc.
@@addictedtominisandlovingit3912 It's always a good idea to open KS/GF boxes immediately and check for missing and/or broken content so it can be replaced.
can somebody please tell me the email for refunding Dawn of Madness ? Thank you. i contacted them through KS and backerkit email and got no answer... i do not like the theme of this game, it is too dark! Kudos though for KoA's persuasiveness, made me jump on the bandwagon before i thought better of it ;D
@Nathan Cochrane nah, I don't think people are suckers for expecting a company to honour their pledges. It's a sunk cost fallacy that Mythic are relying on. You've already spent $300+, so what's another $100 or so...
@@Groovestonenz 💯 we’re in furious agreement. Mythic deserves to die. Shame that backers will miss out but if they support Mythic’s behaviour the company’s principals will just keep sticking out their hands for more money. And it sets up a moral hazard that encourages other companies to rip off their backers. It’s a toxic, vicious circle and even though it’s entirely the fault of creators, it’s up to backers to pick up the pieces.
I needto ask if I can have a few more components and I should be good to print them out. I have many of the card and unit card files + a fully English rulebook already.
On Tanares - hmmmmm if only maybe just one person sat down and playtested the thing, they could've said "well theres about a hundred books to go through here to just learn the game and that's no fun".
It's 3 books and plays well as is. Hyperbolic complaints about that are just ridiculous. Only real problem has been the shipping and delivery of the game to backers.
@@Spidiculous Something not being perfect doesn't make it a mess. Things can almost always be made iteratively better, but it already plays just fine. Going to one of 3 books isn't difficult.
Honestly all the "Issues" are not really issues and just nitpicks of people. Rulebook doesn't need to be condensed its just more convenient. Same with the storage box and the board instead of paper for that one base building sheet. Also the Errata is nothing but spelling mistakes, grammar issues and such. In this instance I would say the problem is with the fans of the game, the game really has no issues, these are things people want, so of course the company will give the people what they want.
re: storage box - that I actually have the largest complaint on. A long set up time is the #2 reason for me not to table a game (#1 being a long rulebook I don't wish to bore myself with for an hour or so). I wish more companies thought past their shipping and purchasing needs (many SKUs) sooner.
I'm actually quite tired of Not even having the game i kickstarted in my hand; and yet they have planned a release for the upgrade kits and expansions. 12+ years i have been crowdfunding games, i am a collector and player with over 1000+ games/expansions in my house from the 1940's to what was released yesterday. I think my days are numbered with caring anymore; why is it that a single person publisher can get a game in my hands within 2 years (even during covid) and a company that was funded 50x's more goes belly up and steals money from their fans (BlackList, Mythic, Diemension, etc...). I backed Mantic, Chip Theory and forgot to pull my pledge for Cmon's zombiecide (truthfully i didn't want it, but should get my money back when it arrives). I will probably back league of dungeoneers next expansion and i am done for good. No more from me.
yeah for sure! 100% it's because they are not fully on it, or don't take actual "work" seriously enough. Kingdom Death Monster for instance. It's not that he's putting 100% of his time in the Gambler's Chest for all those years. Far from it. It's just a part of some of his days. The rest goes to all the other parts of the business or to a lax work ethic (we've seen both from him).

Kickstarter needs to be more accountable to the publishers they support, because when people start to feel uncomfortable backing projects because many companies are not delivering on
there promises, asking for more money to produce, ship etc.. going bankrupt.
@@Biodelic Timid betas? Lol, wow. 🤡
I provided Kickstarter’s CEO, Everette Taylor, with a list of reforms that would clean up the platform. His response? 🦗🦗🦗
Still have nothing tanares, and who knows in which year I will get any of my Spanish Tanares stuff from the campaigns. Backed 3 years ago...
Preach brotha!
I disagree, it's not an issue with backers, but an issue with timing.
It’s over time for the world’s competition and consumer watchdogs to cast their forensic gaze over crowdfunding platforms.
Thanks for the initial look those months ago, KoA!
oh that's great to hear!
@TheKingofAverage yep. Willing to teach over TTS if you're ever interested!
I don't know whether Byron is working backwards from most recent emails or what, but I requested a DoM refund on 4/26 and got it six days later.
Yeah I'd reach out again, he seems to be looking lately which is nice.
How many more times do you think Mythic can ask?
And thank you for the feedback! Means a lot :)
Ok, submitted my request to Byron again. If they do refund me on Dawn of Madness, then perhaps I will take a look at Celestial.
Bro I think your copy is lost didn’t they finish fulfilment like 1.5 years ago???
Same here.
Crowdfunding companies on permanent ‘No Back’ list:
1. Funforge (Monumental)
2. Blacklist Games & any business associated with Alex Lim (Fantasy Series 2)
3. Petersen Games
4. Inside the Box
5. Mythic Games (6:Siege)
Additionally, because the experience was so horrible (even if they eventually fulfilled some components) I am unlikely ever again to back projects from:
1. Fria Ligan/Free League (they don’t fulfil their stretch goals)
2. 2C Games (Dragonflight)
3. Catalyst Games (Battletech)
4. Steamforged Games (Animal Adventures Faraway Sea)
5. Nightfall Games (Terminator RPG)
6. Forbidden Games/University Games (Mosaic)
7. Top Shelf Gamer
YMMV but these are the companies I had to cut off just to preserve my sanity (and wallet).
I'd love if you could get a response from Dimension games as to when wave 02 of Dawn of Madness is expected to be completed and shipped.
I been waiting for you talking about Terrorscape but nothing ?
Eh, all rulebooks are terrible. Some are just less so :D
I'd love to snag just the game board from the TA ultimate campaign.
Rather disappointed by some youtubers that I respect, doing what's absolutely an advertorial for Gwen tables. It does rather show what the going rate is for buying their support 🙁
Whilst I'd never criticise receiving a $60 game in order to review it, gifts on this scale do damage the credibility.
Can I know how Tanares went for you? Did you enjoy the game?

I'd have no issue if a campaign delivers to retail at the same time as I'm getting my crowdfunded copy. The mindset of having to get the game first is part of the wider cult of the new, that unless a game is played within 2-3 months of release, it will be passé and no-one will play it with them. Better to be strong and ignore / challenge that mindset.
A different matter IMO if it hits retail first - that's indeed contemptuous of backers, and we've already seen one company selling backers' games into retail, before the company goes bust and leaving backers without their games.
And if part of the promise the creator made was that backers would get the games first? 🧐

Haha no worries just a timing thing :)

Two words on your backers vs customers segment: Mythic Games 🤬
Hah! Yeah apt timing huh?
@Groovestonenz in Mythic’s case the analogy would be backers vs suckers.
@@arthurdent9281 it's an unnecessary and convoluted mess. But I'm not one to simp for companies like some. Create a problem, sell a solution, right?

100% agreed! Great comms, and respectful.
