  • Taylor 110e Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar Unboxing at Modern Music Studio.
This is an excellent guitar at a great price. The value for what you pay is obvious in everything you’ll play. We’d been using a Taylor 110 for teaching lessons since we opened 6 years ago, and it had been WELL-LOVED. So it was time to replenish our teaching guitars and so we chose another one of the same model.

Thank you man nice review! I have a Taylor Academy 10 already but I need something with more boom and that I can really dig into and strum hard so I feel that this one is the one

This or the Academy 10 for first guitar? Hard choice!

The wood top is solid sitka spruce, not layered. Back and sides, however, are layered walnut.

Layered holds up better- still sounds great. I have this one. It's loud and very nice fit and finish. Built in pup works great.

@@MOAB-UT yes, I agree. I have this same guitar, too. It sounds fantastic acoustically, as well as plugged in.

@@teviswest Agreed- and easily the best value going in acoustics...and it's a Taylor! Superb craftsmanship. Viewed your channel- nice version of O Holy Night!

Nice guitar. I am thinking of getting a yamaha fgx3 red label solid. But they are hard to find and I think this taylor sounds better. I don't do finger style, it is more of the drumming. Can someone please give me some suggestions? Thanks a lot.
