- 2 stroke triple action of this mod sled getting loud in the mountains. This 2 stroke snowmobile based off of a 1998 Summit-X has a 1029cc Price Performance triple and puts out 242 horsepower. Out of all the badass exhaust notes from varying engines, NOTHING has ever sang to my ears like a 2 stroke triple, hands down.. Damn! You're making me itch to go buy a cheap 'ol sled and hunt down triple pipes😂

I wish but I don’t think they’ll fit in any of the new chassis. It would have to be a newly designed sled just for triples.
Xcr 800 ves motors in them would be insane
@Tyson Seabrook a 2000 xcr 800 triple VES makes 180hp, stock.. port them and do other work they can see 200hp easy. Not to mention they hammer. Its about being unique and having fun.

Damn you have that thing running crisp. I had a 1025 crank shop triple in a lightened up zx chassis way back when. There is still no better sound than a tapped out triple climbing.

I took my first gen summit 800 bored over 9 out the other day. An compared to my 21 summit. What a work out.

I run a aerocharger pushing 10lbs on my 2 gen polaris. Custom tunnel rolled case and front end custom work. Literally lightest sled I've ridden.

1994 mach z 780 and 2003 809 has RER only skidoo did so amd these motors just pipe and porting easily do 200HP

Your not really having fun until you dig out by yourself🤣 i have a 2001 rmk800 151 and last year I lost my shovel I finally noticed and went to turn around and just buried the sled I got to walk 15 miles in 7 feet of powder one of the only times I really felt like laying down and giving up

Hay man I got my old 97 summit s chassis 830 mod triple with the crank shop pipes out last weekend needs some more tuning but god I love that sled but not as cool as your 1029 triple i got a question for having tall handle bars do you have the same issue as I do when I pull it back hard enough it just moves like it has no grip but it as tight as I can get it do you have any solution to that problem? Because I haven’t found any ideas to fix it
Ya , shave the 1/2 clamps down so they don’t bottom out , also take a centre punch and knurl the handle bar where the clamps go ! Make sure your bolts aren’t running out of thread !

There where quite a few 300hp triples back when people where building them.
That is why I stopped snowmobiling
