This is the tenth video in a series that was created to help people who have been scammed, and who are having a hard time getting over it. Healing from being scammed is difficult and many people beat themselves up for a long time afterwards.
If you are telling yourself that you are stupid and feeling a lot of shame, you are NOT alone. These are the most common and most difficult parts of the psychological recovery after you have been scammed.
In these videos, which are based on my book (linked below), you will find coping strategies and ways to find healing for yourself.

You are so right, they are serious professionals! They train to do this, they study manipulation and persuasion tactics, and they have scripts they follow. It is completely disgusting and they do so much harm. Take care and all my best to you!

I’m going through a stressful and difficult time after getting fraud and scammed by a website. I gave them my email, phone number and ssn without knowing but it’s a good thing I didn’t give them my license but besides that, this is helping me cope. I couldn’t thank you enough

Hi cathy, This is a large help I got scammed just earlier and can't sleep. Also, May I ask do you have a social media manager or know someone who is a social media manager? Glad to help
