Do you know the history of Sapporo ramen?
Originally, ramen was mainly flavored with soy sauce and salt, but in the 1950s, a new and unusual flavor was born. In pursuit of nutritious and delicious ramen, we created ``Miso Flavored Ramen,'' which is inspired by miso soup and uses lots of vegetables.
This new flavor quickly became a hot topic and spread throughout Japan. Sapporo ramen became well-known and loved for its characteristic miso flavor. Touching on this history, this time we will focus on the ``Junsumi Ramen'' that represents Sapporo.
