Trask is really in his normal form in the courtroom. He accuses Peter of being under a spell when indeed Trask is the one who is misguided and off track
Doesn't look like Vicki is off to a good start at her trial. It didn't help that she shouted out "I've done enough!" and Trask took that as a confession of guilt. Somehow, I have a feeling Joshua isn't going to let Ben testify for Vicki any more than he would Naomi. At this point though, Peter has nothing to lose by trying to get to Ben. Millicent is so hurt by Nathan's deception she's willing to kill him. Love how entitled Nathan thinks he is when he says Millicent is obligated to listen to him after his trying to pawn off Suki as his sister. And his saying "I'd love you even more if you gave up all your money" is a riot. He didn't take an interest in her until Jeremiah told him how loaded she was. It is nice to see Joshua let Nathan have it for deceiving Millicent. He's right, Nathan should have been upfront about his marriage if he truly loved and cared for Millicent. The fact that Nathan went to extremes to keep it under wraps, is indeed highly suspect of any love he supposedly feels for her.
Unfortunately Nathan doesn't love Millicent. He has a love and a hunger for power and her money. Wait until she puts him through a test to see how sincere he is if he walks his talk.

I love this show and I love these episodes. Very gripping, anxious and suspenseful! Oh dear, perhaps I have been bewitched!
Was so good to see Abigail finally get her comeuppance 👍

Poor Millicent. She needed some kind of guardian to protect her from the Nathan's of the world.
Wait….wasn’t that mole on the other side of the Countess’ face?
Not a mole, it's a beauty mark. If you notice they are different shapes like the symbols on playing cards.
