It appears that most of this kind of living is only available in Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar. Have there been any attempts to develop the rest of Tanzania? Is there government support?
There are several other places that in Tanzania that are developed. I just love being closer to the sea.

Don't believe everything some Tanzanians tell you, because a price of 5 million USD (equivalent to 13.425 billion TZS) is impossible for that house in a location like Bagamoyo. Especially when they see foreigners, they tend to inflate prices, assuming foreigners are loaded with money. I am a Tanzanian, so I know the price you were told is completely unrealistic. Consider the information you receive carefully and think for yourself if it makes sense or not.
It’s a business, the purchase price is for a fully operational home stay bed and breakfast. Nobody told me anything, I did the numbers myself.
....Investments in Africa..are suplimented with cheap labour workers in Africa,thats never gonna happened in Uk or America or ...first world country's ...that's why Foreigners love to invest in Africa and use the cheap labour 😢...Well Africa it is Exotic and Beautiful ❤🎉Love from Uk and SA

Foreigners cannot own land in Tanzania, you can only lease from the government which makes it not attractive for foreign investment.
Thousands of foreigners own businesses that are able to own land. Do your research and work with those who know how to get it done.

The price is fake!!!!! Im a Kenyan, and ive travelled most of Tanzania... the TZ currency is not competitive and construction costs are much lower than other countries.... 😂

I wasted a lot of time on a bunch of nonsense.
To put in prospective 15 acres of green ranch land sells for 250, too 300,000. In Texas. That place has 5 acres with a simple house and upgraded pool. Where are the millions going too? I say this because businesswoman and men don’t want to be scammed or sold sum bs and while this is lovely it’s is no where near 3 million dollars when. 15acres cost just a fraction of that price WITH INFRASTRUCTURE! Bottom line whoever put you up to this is trying to pull a fast one over on us and I don’t think your trying to defraud your audience
This is a home stay guest house business that currently earns $350K per year with a potential to double that revenue with additional rooms to be built on the additional 3 acres. It’s worth every penny.

For example you would have to go by the actual occupancy not the hypothetical one, that times 12 subtract operational cost can get us to and actually evaluation. Do you have that data or did they just give you talking post. It’s as serious as it sounds when doing business especially investing 100,000s of dollars you have to know that facts not the fluff
