    Fire vid actually lived in Woodbridge during my time at WSU had a new build town home this was 2010 can only imagine how far the community has come since then

    how is the crime in this area? can I walk the streets of Woodbridge and feel safe?

      100% you’ll pretty always see residents walking the streets in this neighborhood

    I don’t live in Detroit, but given the area’s wages and salaries, how can young people afford to buy these remodeled homes in trendy neighborhoods? More power to them, but you have to get the most bang for your buck, and is a Woodbridge really the best place to invest your money? There is still a fair amount of long term sustainability risk.       Realistically if you think about any trendy area with remodeled homes around the county, it’s not affordable for young people unless they have really well paying jobs.
      I personally think it’s a pretty good bet, homes that size with the character and architecture can’t be bought for less anywhere in the country, so that’s where I see the true upside.
