this video is the first time i've ever made a recommendations video especially for purchasing something like expensive luxury items! but that doesn't mean i know everything and i have very little first hand experience with any of these bags! this is all just my opinion, so if you see something you like DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!! i'm always learning about the fashion industry so putting out this video is me really just dipping my toe in the waters of the luxury bag world! please be patient with me as learning about these things takes time like everything else!!

I remember when my family lived in Milan, my Mom would always marvel at the designer stores, but was always too afraid to go in, or feeling it was not her place. Could you do a guide to luxury store etiquette, like stuff what might surprise first-timers, like keeping all the clothes you wanna try on on you vs. having the associate take them to one place, how to not feel uncomfortable about not buying anything, etc?
You walk in like you own the place but also treat the sales associates with respect (unless they’re bitchy and don’t deserve it).
The bottega shoulder pouch is so amazing oh my god. At first glance it’s an ew moment, but seeing it on the contour of the arm?! Amazing design.

Technically, LV is worth more than Hermes and Chanel in terms of capital.
While Chanel and Hermes make more iconic bags and are more expensive.
Majority of people, especially the Asian market, prefer LV.
I’m not into LV though. I feel like their monogram has become too casual.
That’s why I was never into the Petite Malle myself. It’s an evening party minaudière clutch shape and size but the LV monogram makes it too casual for a minaudière clutch.
Plus, LVMH (Louis Vuitton-Monet-Hennessy) is the conglomerate company and LV has always been their biggest brand.
And LVMH actually literally owns Chanel.
Last I heard Hermes is independent, but LVMH has some minority shares with Hermes

Luxury branded handbags seem so...basic now. Like nothing special or interesting. Not knocking their fans or your list. Just saying, I think at some point the anonymous but really well made special bag, is going to be the thing to communicate luxury.

Vivienne Westwood makes amazing bags, I own a couple and love them. They are more affordable luxury bags, you should check them out.
Wow the first bag gave me a random flashback to highschool when I used to use tin thermos lunch boxes as a purse! I had this plaid one that used to make me feel SO cool lol 😍 I had so forgotten about that 😘 I definitely could see myself using several of these 💚 (especially the animals and padded, quilted, braided one!)

I adore my Moon Alma, I have it in noir and use the insets from my noir Felicie and matching Empreinte keychain. The bag is narrow so you can’t carry too many thick items in it, the most amazing part of the bag is the series of gold Vs that make up the zipper. It just makes me happy every time I open it.

First video I’ve watched of yours. Love everything single bag you recommended especially the Louis Vuitton styles. I didn’t like LV until Nicholai Ghesquiere and Virgil came on the scene, they made the brand far more modern and cool but kept the classic LV monogram.

I actually love the Stella McCartney falabella bag. Specifically the mini. It has a longer chain added onto it so it can be worn as a cross body as well. Also you can tuck in the chains and fold it in half and it becomes a clutch! So you actually get three bags in one :)
