Great video, thank you. I just changed the t-15 cell and it now reads 4000ppm average - how do I program the board to get the ppm down to within Cl range? Do I just change the % from pre-existing 55% to a lower %?

Which button do you use on the system to recalibrate the salt cell?

Hi there, what specific system do you have? What are you referring to that has the +/- on it?

I use the app on my phone. It doesn’t follow the program. I have it set to run the pump at 1750 24/7. I have the salt cell to be 28% from 8am to 8 pm and from 8pm to 8 am 1%. Instead it goes to 30% during the day and sometimes goes to 1% at night. I turn the program off then back on and it goes to 28%. Sometimes at night it goes back to 30% instead of 1%. What the heck is going on.

Hi Gene, we apologize for the delay in response.
If you are doing all of the programming from app, it could be dropping connection when making changes, we recommend upgrading to latest firmware and ensuring the main panel is showing above 50% signal strength. If updated schedules from main panel and is still doing strange things, then we recommend deleting all timers and themes to add back one at a time to see if they stick. Then at that point if that still does not resolve the issue, we recommend reaching out to your nearest Hayward-authorized repair center for a fully factory reset and further steps. You can find one at hayward.com/locator.
