If my baby was crying, I would not be able to focus on cooking, let alone film myself and talk while doing it. You are quite amazing.

Thank you for sharing and the comments about you leaving the baby crying omg folks stop making judgements you know nothing about this persons situation like how do you know the baby's alone? Maybe someone is with them but babies cry anyway its what they do as a form of communication sounds like baby is just plain tired and why shouldnt mum if she is the mum spend a few mins doing something she enjoys after all happy mum happy baby and bet the baby is still alive and kicking today

Most of the videos for 90 sec Keto bread call for almond flour (which is high in oxalates) so your video is the best!

    Hi Lakshmi,
Thanks for this wonderful recipe. 🙏 I've used your recipe several times already and as I don't have a microwave oven I tweaked it a little as I use a toaster oven and large eggs. So if anyone is interested, I share below the recipe for double portion.
    Dry ingredients:
    2 + 1/2 tbs coconut flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    Wet ingredients:
    2 eggs - 60g each
    2 + 1/4 olive oil
Method same as in this video. Bake for 20 mins in 13cm x 11cm ceramic container in pre-heated oven 180 C. It's best to line the container or lightly oil the container. Let it cool down for 10 mins before moving from container. This is my go to recipe and loving it. I've used it to make egg, avocado, tuna, sardine sandwiches. Enjoy making keto bread! ❤

I’ve had this recipe saved for a year now and I love it! I double it, add a splash of whole milk and a little spoonful of sugar. I bake it in a glass dish in the toaster oven for roughly ten minutes. ✨

I followed the recipe for mocha sauce using monk fruit. It was so sweet it brought tears to my eyes. I had to add an additional 2 heaping dark chocolate to tone it down enough to use. But it still came out good.

    • @skatinka5788

You can make peanut butter bread with literally 3-4 ingredients. 1 cup of pb, 1-2 eggs, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, salt, and/or sweetener keto, mix it all up, bake it for 30-40 min. Then use keto Jam or make it yourself.

just made these now for a breakfast bap and were nicer than the almond ones imo.
my microwave is a combi oven with microwave built in, done them for 90 seconds at 900w and it was too much, one side had started to criso slightly. 800w would have been enough for MY microwave.
they were lovely, needed an extra drop of oil as they were too clumpy when mixing without the egg.
thanks for recipe, will switch out the almond flour ones now.
