@MariaHristova-bp2wy I have tried baking in the oven at 350F or 180C for about 9 minutes but the texture is just not the same. It turned out flat and dense. I believe it's the difference in the cooking method hence, it is best to use the microwave for such recipes.

Hey Elsie I came back here again to tell you that I did try option 3 the eggless one & it's fantastic. The taste is very much psyllium taste with the sweetness of the coconut flour so if someone doesn't like that taste of psyllium then probably they won't like the bread. I'm loving it. I doubled the recipe & flattened it in a circle shape like a smaller & thicker pita bread & after it was done I cut in half(like 2 moons) then toasted it. It is absolutely fabulous in my opinion. I feel like I'm having real bread(I love the taste of psyllium)😂 Thank u so much for this 90 sec option,it's really great❤❤❤❤❤

Absolutely fabulous Elsie❤ I just made the option 2 & I can't believe how tasty & yummy it is. It's a neutral tasting bread with a real bread feel . I cut the bread in half without slicing it in half so that it doesn't become too thin & then I toasted it & I truly enjoyed it. Thanks my friend,this is definitely a keeper🤣along with my other ones(almost all recipes 🤣🤦🏻♀️) ❤❤❤❤❤
Hi low carb I hope your family is doing ok and I hope your son is doing ok. My psyllium husk is ground already does that mean it's not whole I bought it that way and can I use it thank you.
Hi Bill, my son is fine now, thank you. If you're using preground psyllium powder, only a tiny amount is required. Normally for 1 whole loaf of bread, only 1 to 2 tsp is required. So for this tiny amount of bread, you will have to try maybe 1/8 tsp. This is just my estimation so you can adjust accordingly.
Hi low carb I like ask you a question, I'm looking in your bread book on page 166 the Almond eggless bread, in the recipe you don't use eggs, you used baking soda can that be done with all of the breads in your book. thanks love appreciate you getting back
@billnails9471 HI Bill, the reason I added baking soda to eggless bread is just to make the bread a bit softer. As eggless bread has no protein to help with the rise, they tend to be heavy and dense. So, the baking soda is just to help to get a slightly softer texture. You can add baking soda to other bread recipes just for a softer texture.
