My mother passed away a few months ago and I've been feeling a lot of anxiety. Your yoga nidras are my go-to when I need soothing and nurturing and this one was most appreciated being longer. Dear Ally. So grateful to have found your work. Was introduced to yn about 3 months ago, and trying to practise every day. Being new to YN I am absorbing so much awareness and knowledge as well as massive benefits and reminders of deep knowing.

Have been practicing online with you for over a year very steadily. The length of this challenges my limited capacity for relaxation due to struggling with emotional issues. I’ve manifested a lot more peace and positive changes than ever before. My favorite sessions involve singing bowls or water or jungle and nature sounds and the visits to celestial places. I hope that I can begin to go to this practice when I am suffering most, in the evenings. It’s been a morning reset practice. You are so gifted in this field. Namaste ❤

Very nice, very effective. A 1 hour duration! The same entire body-scan twice. Well this does indeed make a difference. As we usually say in the case of such kind of practices, occasionally "our mind starts to wander." And so then we are going to have to "gently redirect our attention" to what the practice suggests. And so in the second body scan, one can achieve greater concentration. I think that this is one of the most significant benefits of this practice. You are a wonderful guide in this practice. Your voice is sweet and soothing. Thank you Ally.

I try to go with this and have done it four times but having ADHD I find it goes too fast from part to part. I need it slower and the part said twice as when you say the whole right hand/arm. Love the background. 😊
I love these extra long body scans. This one was of course perfect timing. But also inspired me to ask, do you have an intro to “bendy” yoga? I know you offer yoga teacher training, but I am more of a couch potato and not ready for teacher training. I want to do a couch potato to ready for teacher training challenge but am not sure where to start. I have joined the online studio (no longer a member though), but am not good with technology so maybe I missed the intro classes. The more I do nidra, the more I want to do other things. Where do I start with the world of bendy, action yoga? It seems there are so many different styles, I get overwhelmed. Any suggestions would be great.
