I loved the caramel-colored skirt and sweater with the tomato-red accessories. I would've never thought of putting those together, yet they look amazing! That's why I watch you, for inspiration and ideas so I can curb the instinct to shop for new things when in fact I've already been blessed with plenty. Thank you!
Totally agree! I have a midi teal silk slip dress that I love, and the caramel outfit gave me some great ideas on how to take my teal dress into fall. Thank you!
How is this a free UA-cam channel?! I feel like I’m getting super expensive style lessons. This is fabulous. I’m been binging your channel! It really is helping me realize I don’t need to run out and buy a certain item to get a certain look! I love the lessons on using what you have!
OH my gosh I have always loved these types of videos that you do, but having you go through all of the options and show us the "awkward" phases before you get to the polished outfit is absolutely fabulous! Because I would totally start putting together an outfit and get discouraged part way through - thanks for showing us how to stick with it and tweak things!
Can we all just appreciate for a moment how toned Alyssa is and acknowledge that she takes care of herself! Confidence, self love /self care and acceptance of our bodies go a long way and is the foundation of what you dress it in. 💗🙏🌺
I’d like to suggest some video ideas (if you don’t mind 🙈) -trying different styles -light/dark academia -how to layer cloths, 3 or more layers to create texture (cold climates) Also, how to make heels more comfortable/buying guide/fit, addressing foot shapes Thanks for your wonderful videos. I learn so much. It’s great too when you share the brands of the pieces you are wearing when showing an outfit.
Whenever you say, "....I jump into my closet...." I always think of Clark Kent jumping into a phone booth and out comes Super Man, all decked out in his cool, super-hero suit! You also always come out in something very cool and exciting to see. I loved all the looks. Since I'm close to Grace Gahnem's age, I always love seeing how she dresses. She's quite the classy lady! You are too!
I really love the second look you did when you pulled out the second sweater and had it off the shoulder. I have been shopping my closet since 2009, when I realized I was shopping way too much and never happy with what I had. Thanks for being such a positive influence on the slow fashion community... still finding my voice to inspire others too. I love your gray trousers... I have a similar pair in a bone color that I love... your plaid oversized blazer was a great blazer for the 1st look as well. Great ideas today!
I really like what you did with outfit one. I think (not that anyone asked) that if the scarf was tied a bit tidier, it would make the look that much more chic. Thank you for encouraging us to shop what we already have. I enjoy your content so much!
Love that gold slip skirt with the gold sweater...and red heels and bag...just WOW! I liked the cable knit as well, bur the gold column with the ruby red highlights in the accessories was so striking! loved the last look on you as well
This is what I like about your channel, you never lose creativity. So many UA-camrs are going out shopping and buying the latest…fill in the blank. They all look the same, you have not succumb to the rat race and I enjoy that! On the last look I would roll up the sleeves on the t-shirt also
I was commenting to my girlfriend that the reason you don't feel comfortable in the graphic tee and trousers outfit is the same reason you only have like one band tee in your closet rotation. It's just not your aesthetic!! Oh boy is it mine though lol and it was my favorite look today! I'm on the hunt for the perfect pleated trouser myself. They are out there in a thrift store near me! Will this be my year to find em?? I hope so! They will be mine, O yes! They will be mine! Happy Sunday Alyssa!!
Love the band shirt/structured but bulky pant/delicate shoe outfit! (And kudos to wearing a shirt from my fave band! You have great musical taste too!)
The first white tank the white blazer with the black shorts and No scarf 👌🏼 And the last look with the black slingbacks is fab, you should totally wear it!
It great that you do these type of videos. Both of the shorts with blazer outfits were spot on but gave different vibes, I think the one with the cream and bold plaid oversize blazer duplicated the lines better. Wow the silky skirt top with an oversize knit of the same hue and contrast accessories, was my favorite look in this video. I liked both your version, again 2 different vibes, I am favoring the one that stuck with the mono-chrome styling. The t-shirt worn with a loose fit trouser is a good way of still wearing your office items for those of us that have not returned to the office. Yea the skin tone sandal was the key to keeping with the look. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come,
loved it! Whenever I'm in a bit of a rut with regard to my clothing, I play "wardrobe bingo": I'll close my eyes, randomly pick a bottom piece and a top piece out of my wardrobe, and try to style out whatever I'll end up with. Not gonna lie, it has led to some pretty odd "shorts+cable knit sweater" scenario's that were beyond awkward, but more than often it results in pretty cool outfits that I'd otherwise never would have thought of (and some good fun all round). also: That. Second. Outfit !!!!! both the inspiration and your hommage to it were jaw-dropping!
These kind of videos are very interesting and creative, but more like a game for me, what is good! Because the more you try other style esthetics the more it is obvious that your style is more classic. There is so much harmony in your personal looks!
Loved the inspiration outfits you picked today! I think the lighter blazer from the first outfit replicated the vibe better and brought out "you." Always love when you style the gold skirt-- I liked the cableknit look, but the off the shoulder sweater carried the inspiration outfit feel really well. I really liked the edge of the last outfit. I liked the pants you chose, but I was surprised you didn't pull out wide-legged trousers I know I have seen you style before. All in all, such fun looks that inspire us to capture the vibe of outfits on influencers who have fantastic fashion creativity!
Being on the conservative side (which I am trying to break out of occasionally!), I liked the black blazer over the plaid in the first look. The caramel outfit was great with the pops of red. And I will wear sandals until it snows! So I love the third outfit (on her) but I think you need a baggier pant and strappier sandal to replicate that look. Doesn't take away from watching your fun experimentation, though! Thank you for continuing to inspire us to shop our closets!
I would love to join you in the live shop your closet event, but I will be traveling all that day 😕 I think you did a really great job nailing those three looks. The nude sandals were perfect for the last look 🙂
Great looks! The last one was tough b/c of your t-shirt sleeve. Hers was capped and your was a standard sleeve. If you had a shirt w/that kind of sleeve I think the silhouette would be really cool.
I love your videos. I sit down with a cup of tea in a pretty cup and enjoy. I do think the third look would have looked more pulled together with the red shoes to match the lettering on your shirt as she matched the white in hers.
Great job! I enjoy the fact, that you're not focusing on using exactly the same colours or even textures. I think that's what usually get our creativity on the limit - to be more focus on copy something, not on recreating the vibe.
It's funny - after editing I realized I prefered that one too, but in real life the check blazer translated better ... proof that taking pictures of our outfits is key! xx
LOVE this idea!! So good for the environment, for the wallet AND the looks will be just a little unique than what is currently available! I'm going to have to go back and watch you others! (I used to write a fashion blog back in the 90s/early 2000s and I would look at what was going to be trending based on the various fashion weeks and then I'd post affordable versions. This video reminds me of that. Keep these videos coming!!).
Love it! With each video you get better and better; and more informative! I love the last look as it has such individuality. I wonder if a black t-shirt under the white blazer in the first look would have been an option.
Hello from France. I find yours videos very helpful.Since I watch you, I find new combinations with my "old"clothes; it's a real pleasure to try and try againand find some unexpected surprises.... You give me inspiration .Thank you so much Alyssa.
I LOVE the final look so much. It’s indeed super unexpected with the nude sandal but it works so well with the relaxed trouser and comfy worn tee. Very chill but edgy. Also the camel outfit was so super cute too. Thanks for the inspo as always!
All three looks are great! In look #3, I am thinking what if u wear your red pumps since u have some red color on your graphic tee. I think it will dress up the whole outfit a lot!
Ditch the scarf or make it less deep into the v-neck. The second gold/cognac outfit was spot on. The last, roll the t-shirt sleeve a bit to shorten the length...more skin. Your inspiration has changed my life. Gave your necklace to my daughter for her birthday...much loved!
Loved the skirt and sweater, I just can't imagine all the looks that you get with that skirt! Most of us would have it hanging in our closet waiting for that "special" occasion to wear it! I thought the red shoes and bag might have been fun with the last look as well.
Wow! I love watching you! You are so creative! I’m so predictable! But, I’m learning and the pile of clothes that I will no longer be wearing and planning to donate is growing! I really look forward to your videos!
I loved the caramel-colored skirt and sweater with the tomato-red accessories. I would've never thought of putting those together, yet they look amazing! That's why I watch you, for inspiration and ideas so I can curb the instinct to shop for new things when in fact I've already been blessed with plenty. Thank you!
Same! I wouldn't have paired them together either! So glad you're still enjoying the channel Irai! xx
I couldn’t agree more💗💗💗perfect video
Totally agree! I have a midi teal silk slip dress that I love, and the caramel outfit gave me some great ideas on how to take my teal dress into fall. Thank you!
The way the tuck works in this outfit is wearing a hidden belt to do the sweater... love it
Yes, that combination is so lovely! 😁❤️🍅
How is this a free UA-cam channel?! I feel like I’m getting super expensive style lessons. This is fabulous. I’m been binging your channel! It really is helping me realize I don’t need to run out and buy a certain item to get a certain look! I love the lessons on using what you have!

I really enjoy seeing the process too, it’s so helpful!
💯 love the process
I prefer the checked blazer and the caramel brown pullover . Ciao!
Thank you Nadia! xx
Looooved this video! The camel and red accent outfit is 👌 thanks for the inspo as always. Bisous from Montreal
Please make more videos like this, this is so much fun!
Can we all just appreciate for a moment how toned Alyssa is and acknowledge that she takes care of herself! Confidence, self love /self care and acceptance of our bodies go a long way and is the foundation of what you dress it in. 💗🙏🌺
Can we talk about the white blouse or dress your wearing? I love it. So much. You look fab.
thank you Marla! It's a secondhand dress from my mom's closet lol
I always learn so much watching your videos. Thank you.
I’d like to suggest some video ideas (if you don’t mind 🙈)
-trying different styles
-light/dark academia
-how to layer cloths, 3 or more layers to create texture (cold climates)
Also,
how to make heels more comfortable/buying guide/fit, addressing foot shapes
Thanks for your wonderful videos. I learn so much. It’s great too when you share the brands of the pieces you are wearing when showing an outfit.

haha love that analogy! So glad you liked Grece's inspo! xx
Outfit #2, the all camel-colored one with the red bag and shoes, looked absolutely amazing on you.
thank you Sally! xx
Loved all the looks. My favourite was the Carmel skirt and red accessories.
Thanks for watching Susan! xx
It looks stunning wow camel and red now that something to try.😀💃
My favorite is definitely the second look! That camel color with the red accessories was a hit! 😍
I really love the second look you did when you pulled out the second sweater and had it off the shoulder. I have been shopping my closet since 2009, when I realized I was shopping way too much and never happy with what I had. Glad you liked those ideas and love that you've been shopping your closet for so long! xx
I loved the monochrome outfit with a pop of color. Camel colors really suit your skin
I’ve always loved where the handbag matches the shoes, it makes an outfit looks so polished. Great job !
thank you Barbara! xx
Love that second look, both versions! I want that skirt!!!
Alyssa, I really like your hair with the flowy waves! Fetching!
thank you Irai! xx
I've been noticing the curlier hair style too and I love it!!
I really like what you did with outfit one. I think (not that anyone asked) that if the scarf was tied a bit tidier, it would make the look that much more chic. Thank you for encouraging us to shop what we already have. I enjoy your content so much!
YES! I noticed that when I was editing! lol I'm so glad you like this content! xx
Agreed_ Thinner neck scarf so more skin shows might be better. Prefer black and white blazer for the oversized vibe. But both work!
I agree, I kept wanting the scarf to be tied thinly with a knot in front!
And Alyssa, that plaid blazer has been one of your best recent additions, IMHO. 👍🏼
That second look with the monochrome camel made my jaw drop! Amazing as always 😍
The 1st look, I would try a black or red tank top. I love the caramel colored skirt , sweater and red accessories.
My favourite was the first idea but with the black jacket. You obviously look gorgeous as always.
Thank you Kasia! xx
I love the second look with the camel sweatshirt, it looked great! The red was unexpected, but it went so well!
Yes! I like that combo together too! Thank you for watching Kelly! xx
I would have never thought camel and red went together! Beautiful combination ☺️.
I'm so happy I stumbled upon your videos, what you do is so inspirational and fun! It's pure magic.
thank you so much for the kind words and for watching! xx
I would love a video (with links) of the influencers that you go to for inspiration.
I didn't think outfit #2 would work but it looks fabulous. It's my fave 😍
I loved all your outfits today! Especially the caramel, second outfit with the pops of red shoes and handbag. So nice!
Loved all the looks but the 3rd look is closest to my aesthetic 😍
nice! I loved that one! thank you for watching!
Love the first look. If you wore a black tshirt and the check blazer the contrast would remain. I just love your videos and your style Alyssa!
oooh great point! Thank you for sharing!
Love that gold slip skirt with the gold sweater...and red heels and bag...just WOW! I liked the cable knit as well, bur the gold column with the ruby red highlights in the accessories was so striking! loved the last look on you as well
Thank you Lisa! I look forward to wearing that before winter hits! Fingers crossed! Hope you have a great week! xx
This is what I like about your channel, you never lose creativity. So many UA-camrs are going out shopping and buying the latest…fill in the blank. They all look the same, you have not succumb to the rat race and I enjoy that! On the last look I would roll up the sleeves on the t-shirt also
Loved the last one!
Love love love the monochrome second look!! You can create the “magic skirt” with a strong underpant and tuck the bulky sweater into the undergarment.
Thank you for the tip! xx
I wonder if Marche Robinson doesn't have just a bit of that sweater tucked into the bottom of her bra.
Ooooo! That silk skirt and mono sweater are absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!
Love it, have a perfect replica blue silk skirt with nearly matching jumper new outfit ahoy! Thank you.
amazing! Have fun putting your new look together Bernadette! xx
You never fail to inspire me! When you added the red accessories to the stunning camel outfits, WOW! Fabulous, Alyssa!
All the looks were great, but I can really see trying that final look for myself!
I think your interpretation of the last look looked way better than the original one
YES. A very true observation! Pleated trousers are definitely more popular now, I'm sure you will find one! Fingers crossed :) Thank you for watching!
@Amethyst.369 ❤️ you are a creature of class and taste!
Love the band shirt/structured but bulky pant/delicate shoe outfit! (And kudos to wearing a shirt from my fave band! You have great musical taste too!)
The plaid blazer was super cute. I’m not a blazer person but I am sooooo into that one.
Camel and true red is really a match made in heaven. I've fallen in love with it recently
I’m obsessed with the camel silk skirt and sweater combo. 😍😍😍 So stunning.
Your way of analysing the outfits and taking us along the way is soo helpful, thank you!!
You're so welcome!
I’m obsessed with the creativity in these ! Yes! Sustainable, fun, and fresh, love it.
Loved the second look!
The first white tank the white blazer with the black shorts and No scarf 👌🏼 And the last look with the black slingbacks is fab, you should totally wear it!
You are definitely making the viewer love their closet and their clothes without spending money
yessss that is my goal :)
I vote for the darker blazer. It highlights your dark hair and really looks sharp!
Wow, the second outfit Is Amazing! Love love love

haha yes I love wardrobe bingo ! I call it wardrobe roulette lol
@@AlyssaBeltempo ooooh I'd love a video of wardrobe roulette!! bring out those running shorts + cocktail dress combo's, lol!
oh my, the brown sweater looks great with the satin skirt!! Loving the red accessories too :)
Love what you did with your clothes to recreate the outfits!! You are fabulous!! Love your content!!
These kind of videos are very interesting and creative, but more like a game for me, what is good! Because the more you try other style esthetics the more it is obvious that your style is more classic. There is so much harmony in your personal looks!

I would love to join you in the live shop your closet event, but I will be traveling all that day 😕 I think you did a really great job nailing those three looks. The nude sandals were perfect for the last look 🙂
aw that's OK! There will be more events :) safe travels!
Great looks! The last one was tough b/c of your t-shirt sleeve. Hers was capped and your was a standard sleeve. If you had a shirt w/that kind of sleeve I think the silhouette would be really cool.

The monochrome caramel outfit with the red accents was my favorite! I cannot wait to try out a few monochrome’s of my own! Thx!
yay ! Have fun! xx
You nailed it once again. Have a great Sunday.
My favorite was look number three! I love this idea, and I can't believe I'm not seeing more of it on UA-cam--definitely signing up for your workshop!
Thank you so much for your support!! It means a lot :) the next workshop is Oct 23rd! xx
Love the satin skirt with the camel off shoulder sweater. Winner imo! And I looooove those grey pants. That look I would totally wear.
I love all the examples you showed. The best were the plaid blazer w/ shorts, camel sweater w/ slip skirt, and trousers w/ tshirt♥️
I do Love the monochrome Look with the Skirt with the red bag...and the first Look with the light jacket
Great job! I enjoy the fact, that you're not focusing on using exactly the same colours or even textures. I think that's what usually get our creativity on the limit - to be more focus on copy something, not on recreating the vibe.
Loved look number 3! Very inspiring!
I prefer the black blazer in the first look. I know it’s not in the proportions of the inspo, but I prefer it on your lean frame.
It's funny - after editing I realized I prefered that one too, but in real life the check blazer translated better ... proof that taking pictures of our outfits is key! xx
The camel/red outfit was gorgeous. I'm not a band tee sort of girl but the last outfit, with nude shoes, worked.
You really do a lot with all your clothes. I get the creativity point you make versus consumption. Thanks for that insight.
Wonderful balance of creativity with comfort. And your incorporation of color is so classy and wearable! 🤩
That camel and red look is amazing
Loved look 2 and 3, really enjoy these types of videos? Thank you! Happy Sunday! 👍🏼🙌⭐️😊
Always love your shop-your-closet edition as you brilliantly show that style is more of the vibe and less of the exact clothes. Love #2 💓
yay! I'm so glad you still like it xx
I love this "style is more of the vibe and less of the exact clothes" - so true!
Keep these videos coming!!).
yay! So glad you like this series! xx
Love this video. Thank you for some great tips about putting together pieces together out of ur closest
Love this site...wow... such good ideas...everytime !!!
Love it! With each video you get better and better; and more informative! I love the last look as it has such individuality. I wonder if a black t-shirt under the white blazer in the first look would have been an option.
All 3 where a hit for me and I liked the boxy fit of the plaid blazer in the first look 👌
Hello from France. I find yours videos very helpful.Since I watch you, I find new combinations with my "old"clothes; it's a real pleasure to try and try againand find some unexpected surprises.... You give me inspiration .Thank you so much Alyssa.
yay! I love hearing that :) Thank you so much for watching ! xx
Alyssa that monochrome look with the silk skirt I have love was my favorite and so beautiful!
I preferred the black blazer in the first look... look 2 is my FAV of the day... Thank you for all of your offerings! Have a wonderful week!
I love your white dress with the brown belt and the way you wear your hair. It looks really beatiful!!
For the satin and cable sweater, try a belt around the waist and pull the sweater out a bit to either cover the belt or some show the belt.
Loved it! Can you do one of these with mixing prints please? I have a difficult time with that one. Thanks!
The skirt outfit was a winner.
Love that second look with the camel monochrome! You did fabulously xo
Outfit 2 looked absolutely stunning.
Hi ,I think you nailed it,it’s amazing what sunglasses can do for ones outfit, that extra confidence boost, love it😎👍🏽🇿🇦
right?! They are so important! xx
I love office pants and punky t shirt.new quality, thumbs up
Loved the skirt and sweater, I just can't imagine all the looks that you get with that skirt! Most of us would have it hanging in our closet waiting for that "special" occasion to wear it! I thought the red shoes and bag might have been fun with the last look as well.
ah yes! They are surprisingly easy to wear ! xx
Those videos are always soo cool, I love the second outfit with the sweater, it works perfectly ✨
Alyssa, you nailed all three looks. I think I will be able to replicate look #2 of the 2nd look. Happy Sunday!!
Camel color top & skirt with red purse & shoes. Awesome!
thank you Deborah!
Wow! I love watching you! You are so creative! I’m so predictable! But, I’m learning and the pile of clothes that I will no longer be wearing and planning to donate is growing! I really look forward to your videos!
