I love to watch older vlogs and get new information for my new BLE lifestyle change. I began on 08/31/2021 and have released 29.2 pounds and am so looking forward to being able to afford to join BootCamp after all the great changes taking place with BLE. Also, new scientific information, as presented in this vlog, gives me more answers to give people I encounter questioning my new way of eating. Thanks so much BLE!!! 🙏🙏❤️
Brilliant. Thank you Dr. Thompson for explaining this. That article was so depressing I thought about giving up. But thanks to you and Bright Line Eating, my wife and I are on a sustainable path.
I have found that kicking sugar and refined carbs are the cornerstones of success... and I agree with you on this. I mean, that was an extreme trauma to these people's bodies. It's like a fast track eating disorder plan. It sounds life threatening to me.
What to do, then, however, if you still have cravings and get hungry between meals on the BLE plan, even though you've been doing it for over 400 days? Someone I know is struggling, so hearing Susan say BLE people eat enough makes me wonder.
Hello, and thanks for commenting. You're asking a good question. We have a Support Site members of our community can access for questions like the one you shared. Our coaches are also accessible from the site. Here's the link: support.brightlineeating.com. We're all different, and people DO customize the plan if necessary. We don't want anyone suffering in Bright Line Eating. That's no way to live and certainly not sustainable!
Hi, Pauline. While we don't number the vlogs, they are released every Wednesday without fail. If you watch by date, you'll be able to watch them in order. Best, xoxo
Hi there. I’m so sorry, I don’t have the answer to your question. I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support Team at support.brightlineeating.com They have an extensive database of questions and answers! You can also email them from that site. 😊
my biggest struggle with the bright line plan as I understand it is that the measurements for food are the same for everyone, whether you have 200 lbs to lose or 20 lbs. he problem I have with that is that I am over 100 lbs overweight and if I eat the same amount of food as my girlfriend who has only 10 lbs left to lose, how am I not going to be insanely hungry? My body requires so much more calories just to lug my extra weight around, I need more calorie,s even when losing weight, than someone who is much smaller in weight than me. And the one thing I know is that I CANNOT be hungry on a regular basis or I go crazy and eat my comfort foods. So that is why I am uneasy about trying BLE, because unlike, say, a WW or a nutritionist- based program that takes your weight into consideration for the calories you consume in a day, this plan does not. Am I missing something?

You will be "starving" because you are in a flood of body fat toxins and you can expect a phase of 100 days or so of this. The first weeks will be worst, but you won't be comfortable for a long time. I know, steep price to pay. Reread the later chapters of the BLE book
Has anybody needed to lower the weight loss plan to lose weight if they have a slow metabolism due to age and activity level? I know BLE calories (when I enter it in my lose it app )- 960-1115 calories which I know is a healthy lower weight-loss range. I guess what I’m asking is no one has to adjust to a lower weight loss plan? I haven’t seen this topic discussed in the many awesome weekly blogs and book:) I’ve come from OMAD and Keto which broke my heart but helped me see BLE as an abundant plan because those two together are very restrictive. Thank you

Hi there! Susan filmed a vlog on her intro quite awhile ago! Check it out here: brightlineeating.com/2016/07/be-yourself/ In the past year or so, she's updated the intro to something new as well. You'll notice it in the more recent vlogs. 😉

I can't be the only one who feels like SPT doesn't like doing weekly vlogs by that eyeroll she does when she says 'Welcome...'? Not welcoming at all
