- Today is finally the day I take delivery of my Aston Martin DBX Special Project! I was honoured to be asked by Aston Martin to collaborate on the design of a special edition DBX that is now for sale globally! And today, after 18 months in development, I am truly blown away to take delivery of customer car No1. Thank you to everyone involved!

Privileged to have seen this DBX in person and can quite categorically say that no photo or video does it justice. Incredible paint with amazing depth, shows up the contours of the car beautifully. The interior is something to behold. A real work of art.

@@SS.1. For me it's the infotainment system.. It reminds me of one of those aftermarket double dinn systems you install when you want to add subs to your car.
I wish it was more integrated into the dash with a wider screen.
Few days ago I passed by that car around Stratford-upon-Avon area, and almost crash my poor fiesta. Car looks amazing live in sunlight!!! Great yob m8

Honestly, I can't think of anyone that can drive a car named after them. Most of those people are unfortunately no longer with us. You're in esteemed company mate. Congratulations. Such a feat during the pandemic through to today James! I’ve mentioned in previous videos, it’s such a treat to see that the first vehicle is going to you. I personally would love to see you drive it through the tunnel across France, the Alps and down to Monaco for the Grand Prix. This is the most stunning suv ever. It still looks and feels Aston Martin. The paintwork is incredible. I would love to see it on a perfect sunny day driving in the Lake District. The light hitting the water and the car would be awesome

I'm not sure what I think about this DBX. My first thought is, "It's expensive." My second thought is, "But is it great?" The DBX is a finely crafted automobile but it's also big, heavy, and a bit garish. A testament to our times. If you run around in the Hérmes type crowd then the DBX will fit like a glove. And for those of you who think I'm hating on Aston Martin let's look at the DB10. Bespoke doesn't shout. The Aston Martin DB10 is utterly elegant and as pure as a raindrop. Oh my how times have changed.

Bronze badge on front and rear - tick, absolutely love it. Bronze stitching of badge on seat - tick, super. What a shame its not replicated on the steering wheel with a bronze badge. I love the normal enamel Aston badge don't get me wrong, but i would have said that the hero car would have looked better with a bronze badge on it to keep the continuity. in my opinion anyways. Wish i had the car as mine, what a piece of art.

Usually I'm not that big of a SUV fan but this DBX is stunning! Love the colour combination. Those copper details match perfectly with the amazing green blueish exterior colour, especially because it doesn't have this "in your face" mentality. I thought the black car would look a little bit bland but... Even the black car looks great! That copper/brown fade in the paint just gives it that little extra. Great work!
