Asida with molad...peanut yougurt cream--looks yummy!!
Hmmm asida with semolina, that's very interesting🤩 I must try!!!
Would it work if I just use a whisk cause I ain't got a mufraka ???
Nic
When I was a kids my friends mom made this and I had no idea what it was till now. Oddly I crave it when I am pregnant that a a green sticky dish made with okra and some meat. Googing to look it up and make it for my kids
You might be talking about gumbo ig
You’re probably talking about Molokhia or dry okra stew
I am from Zimbabwe and we call it Sadza/Nsima. We mainly use corn flour a d the consistency is similar and you pair that with any kind d of stew you want. It hits the spot. Thanks for sharing and I will try the Sudanese version soon.
I’m Sudanese and usually make it with corn flour too.
