Veganese! This is for you.
Salata Aswad (Black Salad), one of Sudan's national dishes made my way or Mama's way 😆. Personally I love to have some chucks of eggplant in it. Some people, blend the final Salad, Some add yogurt and some add green chilli.🌶

Yes, absolutely. It's very delicious. When I don't find dill, I use cilantro too.

3 eggplants, 1 red large onion, 2-3 tomatoes, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup of dill, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 3 tbsp of lime juice, 2tbsp of cumin, 1tsp of salt, pepper (can add chilli).

Yes store bought. About 2-3 TbSp
Smucker's natural is the one l was taught to use in my Sudanese cooking. It works really well.
