As a back health problem veteran I'd say these are very reasonable advices. Thanks for sharing.

    Move, but without increasing pain
    Ice pack, 20 min
Tighten stomach muscles before any movement
    Limit turning and bending
    Avoid heating pads
    Avoid sitting
    Avoid lifting

I fell asleep last night with a heating pad on my back and this morning I nearly passed out from the spasm pain. I wish I had seen this first.

What if firing your core is excruciating. I cant even get a deep breath. the heating pad was a bad idea. getting up from a seated position is knee buckling

We Use heat like infra-red in acute stage
You say that's worsen the pain, and I should use ice instead??
    Thank you 🌼

i notice movement helps ,, siting and Getting tense while sitting makes it worse.. Keeping calm is another good thing and don't lift anything heavy like my dumbass
