Oh my! I really like this unit, even though it's plastic. It's such a powerful machine with such pristine performance. The full size arrow keys are quite refreshing. I would think that the thermals would possibly have been better if there was a more sturdy cooling solution. I truly can't see a 10750H comparing favourably against this. I have Lenovo Legion 5 AMD Ryzen 7 4800H + GTX 1650TI, 512 ssd, 16 Gb RAM, 144 HZ display for a week now, and it is really perfect laptop. Beautiful design, perfect performance, perfect screen, phenomenal keyboard. This configuration among Legion 5's I find to be the perfect one for me, totally cost benefit.

I just bought it. Its a beast and fans are so slow that you have to take your ears near it to hear if they are running. And doesn't get too hot. Good laptop. Just go for it

Throughout the review you're calling this a Ryzen 7 4800H laptop, and at around 2:05 you show the spec page and note that your review unit comes in at $1,069.99 (after using a $190.00 coupon code). But the specs listed on that very same page (and at the link you post with the video) show that the processor is not a Ryzen 7 4800H, it is a Ryzen 5 4600H. Did you make a mistake, or am I missing something?
Got mine with the rtx2060 and the ryzen4800h And it's fantastic. Great value. Runs cyberpunk high 60fps. Ultra 40fps. Dose struggle with raytracing thou!
4:40 the 17" model has an SD card reader and standard 80wh battery I just ordered a 17" Legion 5 custom configured Ryzen7 4800, 16GB, RTX2060 6GB, 144hz DolbyVision. with 3ry warranty + accidental. My configuration with my work partner discount was cheaper than the base configuration😄 if you work anywhere with a lot of Lenovos check your employee benefits resources. You might find out you get a killer discount! I also could get a discount with Dell and HP, but most of the reviewers seem to favor the Legion and it had the highest spec for the least amount with the best discount and I like the sophisticated sleeper aesthetic.

This PC is really a gaming slash all around unit. Plenty of user power and like the ability to access the insides to do versatile upgrades. Display is nice. Keyboard is good but would like to see a full size ten key (not the smaller keys that are also closer together) but since this is really and all around unit it is okay and as you always say will get the job done. The web cam is okay but the internal microphone did sound a little muffled and could use some improvement but again as you say will get the job done. Overall this seems to be a great value for the money. Anyway as always another great review. Take care.

Great review and a good laptop. However, why can't these laptop manufacturers invest more into creating better sound quality? The audio is a very important part of any computer, including for listening to music, so it's baffling how they only produce "passable" audio.

Andrew, a great review. This is a very good gaming laptop, the price is not that bad. If I were a gamer, this would not be bad to bring in. The webcam was very good, the microphone, so-so, at best. Younger ears would be alright with the audio. The last quarter of 2020 is bringing some very good laptops.

@@AJ-hw1bb well I'm afraid I can't exactly answer those questions. I got the Intel Core i7 version with geforce GX. I needed it urgently so the Walmart 1-day delivery was the best option for me. Frankly I'm very new to VR and play less demanding games. I would say it runs fantastic but games like the new Spider Man Miles Morales is hardly playable unless I change the configurations

@@med7at10 when I go on the websites it only shows me the Ryzen 5/7 + 1650/1650ti. It doesn’t show me the 1660/1660ti variants either. I think the 144hz maybe only comes with the 1660/1660ti? It only shows me the 120Hz or 60Hz display for the 1650/1650ti models.
