I personally carry a 43 with a HGW slide. Had the same issue. After about 100 rnds and about 300 cycles of racking and dry fire. Works just as smooth as my OEM slide. Cerakote increases the thickness so you have to wear it down a little. But have not had any issues and sitting at about 800rnds through it.
1. I believe it takes a little time for the working internals to break in a work together 2. Your slide may need extra oil 3. You might want to try a different mag to see if anything changes
The biggest problem seemed to be the barrel. IDK if it needs a break in period of several hundred rounds to work better or if it was just off. Swapping my OEM 43 barrel in solved the jamming issue.
I got one of these slides dirt cheap off GB. It’s stripped. I plan on using all OEM parts off my OG Glock 43 slide. Did the barrel swap fix the issues?

I would try putting your 48 OEM Glock internals and seeing if that makes a difference. In my experience, cheap internals never work reliably.
I have a second video I’m working on with something like that in mind!!
Sharp looking slide! The 2 tone looks sharp also. Bummer it didn't run smoothly
I have heard to rack the slide 500x before shooting a round threw it.

Good video. Were you to work it out? I was considering one of these.

what ive heard is you need a new extractor. glock oem extractor and youll be good.
Maybe it’s a high tolerance where you have to break it in like shadow systems? Or just trash
If it is that… at least you’re not paying shadow systems prices and having to break it in! My OEM barrel made things a lot better.
