These slides are GREAT! Mine runs 100%. Had a small cosmetic issue on mine after a year of ownership and Brownells took AWESOME care of me. Received my replacement slide before I could even package mine to return. Buy Em while they still have Em. It’s a great deal. Honestly even if I couldn’t return the slide I’d still would have been happy with it but Brownells stands by their product and that’s awesome!
Ive been running my brownell 19 window cut slide. 17-4 SS with heat treating is 4x stronger than 416 SS which MOST aftermarket slides are. They also have a great coating that does not rub off from holstering and unholstering. Gucci glock? no. EDC and reliable with minimal finish wear and strong as hell? yes. My slide is running a swampfox greendot, strike industries steel suppressor height sights and a ported barrel. Flat shooting, accurate and does everything I need and want it to do.
Good video man. But kinda funny starting off with the love of brownells and their affiliation with you and how much you order from them …. Then still asking the question. Like it’s gonna be a big reveal and mystery if you like them. Haha
I like Brownells but it's hard to beat the Dagger Uppers.. I bought 2 for $179ea. Complete with Threaded Barrels that I run on my G19X Lower. 1 is the SW4 GatorMouth, window Cut, etc. in FDE. No wear on the coating from Holstering also.. I wanted a HE407c x2 Green 2moa dot on my G19X & the Dagger's are hard to beat.. I slapped a 15lb recoil spring in her & that gets rid of any issues. I also had an OW Precision TAC Trigger, Master Trigger Spring Kit, 3lb connector, polished Plunger w/ reduced power spring & a 4lb Striker Spring. With my Stock G19X Upper on? I get that crappy 6lb pull. With the Gen 3 (Dagger Upper) on? I get 2.7 to 3lb very smooth, short to wall & w/ a crisp reset. The Holosun fit perfectly, snapped right into the RMR Cut uppers..🤟
Before I watch this video, I came to say. I know you’re gonna rave about the slides. I got mine and just finished the build. The barrel and slide combo from brownells is a very clean fit. 19/26 build

looking for a slide that has the lowest optic cut, heard zev makes them and brownells. will you say that they are regular not deep? want to put the SRO but saw it on a gen 5 MOS and it was extremely high, not a fan.
@@shriggI have the aim surplus slide on my Roland special 19, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. The top window cut made it one of my softest shooting guns, and the comp brought it to the next level. No issues with it, and at the price can’t go wrong. Dagger slides are fine but if you have a 19 barrel laying around aim surplus assembled slide is the better value.
Honestly brownells is my curreny favorite for replacement barrels and I would suspect their slides to be just as good. I like their barrels mainly because they're really clean but also because they get theirs done by Faxon which is pretty reputable. Nothing much more than the model on the left side and the caliber on the top. No overmachining or an ugly ass logo.
I like brownells because they don't try to be a race brand. They sell stuff made by some of the higher end brands for often times half their price and way less ugly cuts or logos all over them so you can decide what you personally want to do plus they're just as well finished.

i have maybe 5 or so of these slides and they all have been great ! I like the 'roland special' ish look

Man I like your videos your talking points are great man .
Man you got some sweet pistols, you gave me some good ideas and I'm giving my G26 a face lift.
Has anyone run into any holster fitment issues? I have an aim surplus’s slide and it won’t fit in any of my holsters.
I wish they made a gen 5 slide
Me too, the only reason I’m watching this is hoping someone would throw out another site for gen 5 slides
@@45valk I want a mos slide for my 45 but don’t want to pay what Glock wants for a factory one
@@Noneyurbusiness me too but for my 19 but after hours of looking it would almost be worth buying the whole dang gun for the price everyone’s asking.
Wish they did a gen 5 glock slide not a fan of gen 1234 squar slides I love the gen 5 slides though .
Whats the difference between the gen 5 slides and the gen1234??

My g19 is awesome. My g26 bent the plunger after one mag somehow. Can't even get it out. Calling them soon.

what sights you using? 1/3 cowitness, absolute cowitness
What type of magazine bottoms are those??
What if you don't want to do a Glock build but just want an RMR Glock 26 slide for your carry gun.
Hey I got a question! All G if u can’t test. But do can you run a Glock 17 Gen 5 barrel in the brownells G19 Long slide? Thank bruddah!
Negative, it is a proprietary G19L barrel manufactured by Brownell's
If anyone sees this soon. They are running these slides for $85 right now before tax and shipping
Would the glock 26 long build work with a 46
43
What holster are you using with the p80 and brownells slide?
I use Smithworx for P80 holsters, but I am pretty sure that Knightfall Customs and a couple other guys are doing them to.
Are these California compliant??
Yes
What trigger are you using?
Looks like he's running Apex and Timney triggers.
If you have the appropriate gen you are better off going with a palmetto state armory slide and barrel.
How do the AIMsurplus slides compare? Window cut, serrated and RMR cut for 159

You have all Glock clones?
It's only one clone on the table.
