- We are using that Mini Band today to get in a full body workout! A mini band is an amazing, inexpensive tool to add to your home gym or pack one with you for an effective travel workout! This workout uses this handy peice of equipment to add resistance and target each major mucle group for a full body burn! I hope you enjoy it! #miniband #HomeWorkout

does anyone else watch them first before attempting or is it just me? I'm a little bit a-scaredy of the mini band push up. Did people make it through that ok?
Nope you are not the only one, haha. The mini band push ups are way easier than the normal push ups by the way since the band offers support.
I do,so I'm aware of timing n register the workout for smoother transition from one to the other thus smoother effective training!
I had quite difficult and really struggled at the end😅
But fortunately it was quick to end it.
I don't watch because it plays on my mind n then I umm n ahhh on whether I want to do them 😂. I know a lot of other people watch tho, so you are not alone.

I love this type of workout, because I can do it everywhere. Please please 🙏🏻 Heather! Could you make a 4 week training program for vacation with just bands. Would be perfect for those long trips where you can take just a little suitcase.

Omg Heather I absolutely love this! I feel my arms way more than using weights. Added bonus of not having to lug my weights around before and after the workout! Please make more mini band workouts ❤

This one was so much fun! I can definitely feel the burn from those bands!
I enjoyed this one. I used a variety of bands, cloth and latex, depending on the exercise to make sure I was challenging my muscles. It’s crazy what you can do with just bands. Heather, you are the gift that just keeps on giving!! Thank you so much! ♥️♥️♥️

I only have a thick cloth band so this workout didn't go too well beyond the initial leg part but I can see how it would be an effective routine for travel so I'll go look up those latex bands and await more like this!

This workout so awesome. it's good to me btw break for my office or when i travelling, it should perfect workout, too. I am done today. i will do again when i stay in office. hope Heather makes more short and no weight (because sometime travelling not allowed to weight or btw break office) workout programs! thank you. really appreciate it.
